"It was our first ever Piada experience. One we not only regret, but also will lead us to probably never return. The entire experience was utter deplorable. Everything from the customer service to the food. We first arrived after doing some research on food options and the process. We go out often, and are familiar with the Piada process. We arrived with a game plan and were lucky because their was no line. We started our order and nothing seemed to go right. We order a salad and 2 pastas. His portion sizes were completely different. The first pasta was half the size of the second. He splashed a touch of sauce on each and slid them on. We got salmon on the salad and the hot chicken on the second bowl. I asked him 3 different times for 2 pepperoni sticks which he ignored. So I figured you ordered them at the register. As we moved to the next station, things grew a little worse. She was completely disengaged, rude, and sloppy with everything she touched. Her attitude almost deterred us from order toppings. She huffed at every item she had to put on the food. Several times casting scornful looks when I was not sure of the topping due to a lack of labels. She slammed everything together and slid things on. The young man at the register was about the best part of the experience. He was very polite. As he was ringing us up, he confirmed our meal. He called for 2 pepperoni sticks, which were now sold out and the groups behind us all had sticks with their bowls. It was an 8 minute wait from fresh ones. I settled for the other kind. He called out for the hot chicken, again, they were out and this was a 4 minute wait. He moved our food to the side to continue ringing others up. This is when we asked about the size difference in the pasta dishes. He agreed stating the one dish was much less but then shrugged if off and mentioned nothing he could do about it. He then offered us water as we waited. Exactly 7 minutes went by before the cook in the back pulled the chicken. I was the only hot and 3 people behind us had plain crispy. She proceeded to cut and prep all of the others prior to ours. Finally the cashier turned back and called out for our hot chicken so he could finish out our transaction. By this time, our food had been sitting for more than 10 minutes. Needless to say, it was awful. Everything was dry and cold. The sticks had cooled and turned into rocks. I could only eat the center 6 inches. The salmon had crusted and cooled. It turned incredibly dry and chewy. We actually removed it from the salad. The pastas had absorbed any juices and were dry and nasty. It was a truly disappointing and disgraceful first experience at Piada. Piada 3/5/19 7:07 pm T2#2287 20289...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian street food haven, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The star of the show? The pepperoni sticks! From the moment I stepped in, the welcoming ambiance transported me straight to the heart of Italy. The staff's warmth and genuine enthusiasm for their craft added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to guide me through their offerings. I couldn't help but notice some reviews giving this place less than three stars, and I must say, those reviewers must be exceptionally hard to please. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The quality, service, and overall dining experience make it a standout in the realm of Italian street food. If you're a fan of genuine Italian flavors, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff, do yourself a favor and pay a visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in another round of perfection!

tldr: People who give less than 4 stars are just straight up harsh, this place is more than deserving of five stars.

tldr2: For all the dogs,...

A great place to come to to get pasta, piadas, or chopped salads. They offer a variety of ways to order, including an online pick-up drive-up window when its too cold to go outside or when you are in a rush, as well as in-store pick-up or line-style ordering. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and I have yet to have had a bad meal in the many dozens of times I have ordered food. The inside atmosphere is inviting, and I often sit and do school work. The place is always clean, and I have 100% confidence in the cleanliness and the orderly atmosphere of the restaurant. My favorite meal is the Carbonara with grilled chicken, and the staff are always available to offer their own favorite suggestion. Would 100% recommend people in the area to stop on in!

I tried this restaurant because I'd seen multiple videos of people trying the food and it looked delicious. I will say the food was good but the portions were ridiculously small, especially for the price. I got the carbonara and Parm piada stick. The pic of the Parm sticks showed 4 on the app and for almost $5 that sounded reasonable. There was only one, it's literally just a wrap with melted cheese. The carbonara gave the option of two sizes, I picked the large and the container was barely half full, for nearly $15 and no added meat you(Piada) should have filled that bowl, no excuses. I took pics and I'll post. I will NEVER order from Piada again.

Piada was on my bucket list. Stopped by today on our way for sons OSU tour. The carbonara with grilled chicken, spinach and tomatoes added was. THE BOMB!!!! I ordered BLT Piada wrap with grilled chicken added... quite nice... very full of meat!!! I love whatever this dough is. They had pepperoni rolls, cheese rolls, and tgen... piada pockets!!! We got a spinach artichoke but was so full... we haven't tried it yet. They gave me containers of what tastes like homemade ranch. And THEN... we had canola bites for dessert. Nice. All around lovely experience... cool music... great atmosphere.
