Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO WRITE A REVIEW... BUT... THEY DON'T DESERVE NOT THE FIRST STAR... MY DAUGHTER & MYSELF WENT INTO BURGER KING ON BUENA VISTA RD & ORDERED OUR FOOD... THEN WE WENT TO SIT DOWN TO EAT INSIDE... WE SAT THE TRAY ON THE TABLE & WAS ABOUT TO WALK TO THE KETCHUP PUMP & THE GROSSES THING EVER... HERE COMES ROACHES RUNNING FOR THE FOOD... YES I SWEAR TO GOD ON THE TABLE STRAIGHT FOR THE TRAY OF FOOD... I WAS SO DISGUSTED... I WOULDN'T EVEN EAT & WOULDN'T LET MY DAUGHTER EAT NEITHER... YES ROACHES RUNNING ONTO THE TABLE... I THREW OUR FOOD AWAY & WENT TO THE FRONT COUNTER & ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER... THEY WAS VERY BUSY LOTS OF PEOPLE IN LINE... SHE CAME TO THE COUNTER WITH A NASTY LOOK ON HER FACE & NASTY ATTITUDE... SO I SAID LOOK CAN YOU PLEASE COME TO THIS DOOR OVER HERE SO I CAN TELL YOU WHAT I GOT TO SAY THAT JUST HAPPENED OR... I CAN TELL YOU IN FRONT OF ALL THESE CUSTOMERS & HAVE EVERYONE WALKOUT THE DOOR... & AS BAD AS I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE I DIDN'T... I SAID I'LL JUST WRITE A REVIEW & NEVER COME BACK EVER... SO SHE COMES TO THE DOOR STILL LOOKING AT ME CRAZY & I WAS BEING VERY NICE & POLITE ABOUT THE SITUATION... SHE SAID WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH MA'AM WITH ATTITUDE... I SAID WELL I DIDN'T WANNA RUN OFF ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS... BUT... I JUST SAT MY TRAY ON THE TABLE & ROACHES RAN ONTO THE TABLE STRAIGHT TO MY FOOD... FROM UNDERNEATH THE TABLE OR WHEREVER THEY CAME FROM THAT QUICK & I CAN'T EAT NOW, WON'T EAT & DEFINITELY WON'T LET MY CHILD EAT AFTER THAT... SHE REPLIES WITH... "OH WE JUST HAD THE BUG MAN COME SPRAY BECAUSE WE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH BUGS... SO I GUESS IT'S RUNNING THEM OUT FROM WHERE THEY HIDE NOW!!!!!" I COULDN'T BELIEVE SHE EVEN FIXED HER MOUTH TO SAY THAT. ... THEN I MADE HER REFUND MY MONEY & SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK DID MY DAUGHTER OR MYSELF WANT ANYTHING ELSE... LIKE REALLY LADY DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID... THEN SHE TELLS ME IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME A BAD REVIEW I'LL GIVE YOU FREE FOOD THE NEXT FEW TIMES YOU COME BACK... I WAS JUST TOTALLY SHOCKED... DO YOU THINK I'M COMING BACK AFTER THAT... REALLY LADY GET FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO IF YOU LIKE ROACHES I SUGGEST YOU EAT HERE... YOU MIGHT HAVE A ROACH OR ROACHES... IN YOUR FOOD, COOKED IN YOUR FOOD OR RUNNING TO YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU SIT IT ON THE TABLE ... I SWEAR I'M NOT LYING... I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY ENTIRE​ LIFE WITH A RESTAURANT EVER & I MEAN NEVER...

I am only giving one star for the food because they need to work on putting out fresh hot fries and stop dumping fries that's been setting on a the rack in a container back in and mixing them up and putting them in new orders. True stars for service because of the whole french fry situation because if you say something, you have to wait for a fresh batch of fries, which makes the rest of your food cold. I am giving two stars for atmosphere because there are too many people in there with guns exposed that's not concealment I wish people understand the difference between carrying and concealed carry and the staff don't say anything about it. I understand Georgia has the carry laws, but that means concealed carry, not open carry. I would like to also add that I know the burgers and the chicken sandwiches are not fresh they're kept in warmers until you order therefore the term fresh is false I know this because I used to work for the company years ago so I will Mark that up as false...

The food was okay but they’re always messing up some orders but there is one worker that always has a bad attitude towards customers and she was speaking to me like I couldn’t read when I was telling MY name for the order she said she didn’t have one in that name. Now hear me out, I use this name for all food orders it’s the name I have saved on the app. Yes it’s funny and odd but every place (INCLUDING HERE)that I go to when I place mobile orders says they see my order and they see the name. This lady told me she didn’t see the order anywhere in their system and she’s the MANAGER then proceeds to show me the ticket where it says part of my name but she acts like that’s ALL it said in the system. Then she was rude and disrespectful, about it saying she couldn’t give me MY ORDER if the name isn’t the same when it’s the only other order she had. She sat there arguing with me about MY name for a good 3 minutes before I just placed a new order...
