UPDATED: Based off the owners response to my comment, I feel like I need to share this with anyone that would like to avoid a dishonest business.
When we brought up that we’re overcharged, the woman said she “accidentally” typed the wrong total on the POS machine, then after a while, she went with “our prices went up and they’re not reflected on the menu”. When it comes to the method of refunding us, she was going to refund us in cash at first but then she mentioned something about them paying tax and decided to refund to my card. It’s very clear she’s panicking this whole time.
As a customer, I had no problem paying the price they put on the menu bcoz that’s what the business and the customer both agreed on. BUT if the business wanna be sneaky about charging more without the customers acknowledgement, then it’s called DISHONEST business, that no customer would appreciate.
So it seems like their prices on the menu is “not updated “, you may wanna double check to avoid an unpleasant experience that we had.
VERY rude employee and no customer service AT ALL.
ORIGINAL POST: We went in and ordered two plates to go and found out that it was way too salty as we got home. Before we left the restaurant we noticed that we were slightly overcharged with the bill (tax was factored in). When this was brought up, the women that was serving us got panicked and got overly defensive. She was loud and had a terrible attitude. Read moreThis place is a great (and fast) place to visit on a typically busy evening when most other popular places are packed. However, the ownership excells in the food, they rely on family and teens for service, without proper training or baseline expectations on service. As an example, we visited last Friday evening after work for dinner. We ordered an appetizer, which was soon plopped into the center of the table; no plates or silverware and no host. We could have eaten the appetizer with our fingers, but that would only support future bad service. Next, our entrees arrived without serving spoons. Again I had to hunt down our host and request spoons. The kids soon realized we weren't going to accept mediocre and started to tighten up (at least for our table). In conclusion I would visit again but we will not allow the host to do a poor job. Also, the kids don't engage with any kind of convincing intimacy with the patrons. Read moreI ordered from this place all of the time as I just ordered my usual from them yesterday. Once a week as a matter of fact. But today as of 10/10/2020 my coworker asked me to call and place an order for him so I called from my phone and did so. Unbeknownst to me he never went and picked up his ordered. The owner call my phone twice from a blocked number and two more times from another number which isn’t listen as a store number after I had already told her that I placed the order for my coworker and not myself. She called again and proceeded to berate me and “not to order from them again” & “if I don’t want to pickup my food then I don’t have to order from them anymore”.. Even I latter I told her TWO TIMES that the order wasn’t for me and it was for my coworker and that he was coming to pick it up.The staff is rude. Always have been. The owner is rude and has no sense of customer service and talks to her customers any kind of way. I will never eat here...
