Taco Bell if y'all see this, then your wondering why this establishment is getting a one star. I am a Columbus resident even though I am currently trucking and waiting for my next load, I decided to run over by Taco Bell on Buena Vista because I know y'all never fail on your breakfast and lunch times. I walked inside and asked the employee I had made a mobile order before coming to the restaurant because I had to return to work, here the employee is walking past the register with her phone and she spoke rudely of me "What did you order?!" I told her my name that I was picking up two bacon breakfast burritos and a coffee. They told me the food will be ready in a few, and so I sat waiting for a few minutes. Both employees going back and forth about christmas things and whatever and I can understand folks can have a conversation, but please focus on having the job done. Then after the food was done, they handed the food I ordered on the counter with no coffee. I asked the employee that I had ordered coffee as well with the burritos, and she rudely told me that they coffee machine was down or whatever she said. I asked can y'all substitute that with a regular drink instead and they thankfully gave me a cup of ice so I can get a drink. From the point that I entered the establishment to the end where I left, I was in disbelief with the service I received. If I work at Taco Bell, I would leave a positive attitude towards the customer, the staff, and everyone. If something is broken or if the service is poorly, I would notify the customer and let them know about the issue of the restaurant instead of being rude and disrespectful. Again, Taco Bell, I love your food everything over the years especially when y'all introduced the Locos Dorittos Tacos and the Mountain Dew Baja Blast, can y'all please figure out the staffing as well as the service. I was wanting not to be ugly and cause a commotion to the staff for be rude, I just wanted a fast and friendly service to be done in-and-out. Thank you and sorry for...
Read moreWe visited the Taco Bell on Burns Vista Rd. In Columbus tonight. The service was horrible. We went through the drive through. They were out of the Grande Nacho box we planned tonorder. We decided to order the nacho fries box, were told there was at least a 5 min wait on fries. We also ordered the Cinnabon desserts and they were out of these as well. When we pulled to the window, I gave my payment. After paying the girl asked us to back up behind the yellow pole... now I’ve been asked to pull forward many times at a fast food place but to back up?? When I questioned why I would need to back up, i was told to help with her time... so I was asked to back up to reset their time to make it appear as though they are doing a good job. Once my food was ready, I was waved forward again. The person passing my food asked did I want sauce. When I answered with a no, he looked at the girl, mumbled something and walked off. The girl then stepped to the window and gave me my drinks. After checking my bag to be sure things were correct, I happened to look up to see the girl giving me the ugliest look and stares until I drove off. Once I was at the end of the drive, the girl sticks her head out the drive thru window and began yelling “what” repeatedly at me. I have seldom received decent service at any Taco Bell. However, tonight’s experience was the worst I have ever had at...
Read moreJust to add to my dislike for this location.. Sign out front reads dining room open. And the door is locked. Tried to call them, as I have in the past and it's busy. I'm pretty sure they take it off the hook so people can't call.
It's almost like most fast food places have no management anymore. The corporations are just like.. You made a profit? Keep it up. No standards. No consistency from one Taco Bell to the next. No standards on making food. One day light on a sauce, the next time so much sauce I can't eat it. Getting tired of thinking outside the bun because the people inside of Taco Bell don't seem to think at all. Or care. Like, where is the pride? Do the best job you can at the job you have. Motivate the next guy to do the job better. Instead it seems like "well let me do what I can to get by and get my check." That's okay though maybe I'll just make tacos at home. It'll be...
