I had the pleasure I trying samples because of my job and was given as a gift. I would say the old skool is definitely a staple it’s good. I definitely agree with others the size doesn’t match the price. The presentation could be better. But the staff are great and very professional and nice. I prefer to custom make my own because I tried the Cookie Monster and felt it was too much chocolate for my liking. I prefer the fruit ones . I fell in love with the banana bread it was the best I ever tasted definitely a fav. Also, I would recommend if someone gets a latte to offer creamer and sugar or at least mention you have a station for that. Because on grand opening day we was giving samples because of standing in the rain but their was no sugar added to those so it dimmed my view on the latte. I do say the taste is good , not artificial , it’s fresh. I like that it’s made fresh to order per customer. I expected the size to be bigger but I’m a foodie so I’ll always try things out once and the service will decide if I come back for more. I will be highlighting yall on my Youtube podcast Kay’s Vibes because I definitely want to spotlight a black owned business. Keep up the work. It’s only the beginning the kinks and obstacles will diminish soon. I would offer a way to balance the sweetness out because from my pov and co-workers it’s too sweet and the flavor your trying to focus on gets lost. I visited Cinnaholic today and was disappointed with the service. When I arrived, there was only one couple ahead of me. The employee behind the counter took their order, made their coffee, and continued preparing their items. I patiently waited, but at no point did she acknowledge me or offer a simple, “I’ll be with you shortly.”

About 10 minutes later, another family came in, and she greeted them right away still without addressing me. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes and never received any acknowledgment.

I sincerely hope management reviews the security footage to understand how this situation unfolded. If this is how customers are treated, it’s easy to see why other locations, like the one in Boise, may have closed. I want to support local businesses, but consistent and respectful customer service...
