This place , 😞 I drove like 20 min got there @ 3:53 am TODAY . I do understand that it was closing @ 4am I came in seen a short caucasian man at the corner I wanted to place the order. He told me one minute let me see if they’re still taking orders. I said OK. He went back there and he said that they’re not taking orders. I said why he said because they’re about to close I said, can you speak to a manager or someone in charge? He went back there got a heavyset Caucasian lady and she said she wasn’t taking any more orders cause they were about to close so I’ll let her know I understand I are about to close. Can I please just place my order because online technically I will still be able to place my order right now. I’ll just place it through that if I need to she took my order I paid I said thank you. She said I don’t have to be nice to you say some words went back there to make my order. I asked the African-American guy what was her name so I can put it or let the manager know he said he didn’t know her name he just started working there. These people are disrespectful and a customer service suck. Yes I got my food in my calzone was OK. Customer service sucks and nasty attitude. Read moreI was speechless at the bad service I received from this place. Placed dine-in order at the same time as two other friends. They all received their food while I proceeded to wait on mine. Was told it was coming out soon. 30 mins later, still no order. Friends have been finished for a while at this point. Went up to the counter to ask again where the order was, explained how long I've been waiting and asked for a refund. Lady behind the counter proceeded to process the refund because she said I had been waiting for so long. While this is all happening my order finally comes out. They hand me my order, she hands me my refund and I go to sit down. This is where it gets embarrassing. She proceeds to raise her voice at me asking where I'm going with my food. She said you just got a refund, you need to pay for that! I'm absolutely beside myself, my friends are getting embarrassed, people are watching. I defended the fact that my order was placed almost 50 minutes ago but she still demanded I pay or give it back. Avoiding it getting any worse, I hand the food back and walk out. Read moreThis place is so problematic for me. Is it delicious? Yes. Does it hit the spot when you're drunk and ready to wrap up a night of barhopping in the Short North? Absolutely. Will I eat there again? Probably. But the customer service is really not great. I was there a couple weeks ago. I called in an order at 2:14AM. They said half an hour. We walked there from Brother's. It wasn't ready when we got there, so we sat down. We were there for ~20 minutes, asked again about our order. They said it was next. Three orders later, I said something to the effect of "What?! You said my order was next 3 orders ago." The guy got snippy with me and said "All these people are waiting for food, too!" Obviously, but don't say my order is next when it's not. Then they only gave us HALF our order. Then at 3:12AM, 58 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED, they gave us the other half. Mind you this is only 4 calzones. Nothing crazy.
