KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "I saw the light… and it was coming from the KFC fryer."

Listen, I’ve eaten a lot of chicken in my life. Like… a suspicious amount. But nothing—NOTHING—prepared me for the culinary masterpiece that is the Columbus, NE KFC. Word on the street is they’re ranked in the top 50 KFCs nationwide, and honestly, I believe it. My tastebuds were doing a synchronized dance of joy. Fred Astaire, but with biscuits.

The chicken? So crispy it should come with a warning: “May cause immediate addiction.” I bit into a drumstick and heard angels sing. A little girl at the next table cried because her mashed potatoes were too beautiful. A man dropped his coleslaw and someone offered to start a GoFundMe.

The staff? Friendlier than my grandma at bingo night. The drive-thru was fast enough to make me question the space-time continuum. And my order? Correct. Hot. Glorious. I almost hugged the bag.

Would I come back? I already have. I’m writing this from the parking lot while eating my third Famous Bowl.

10/10 would betray my diet for this...

Will never eat supper buffet at this place again!!!This place isn't even worth 1 star. Everything on the buffet was empty, hard, or gross looking and to think we paid almost $50 for poor service and bad attitude. They don't have chicken strips anymore with the buffet and the selection was less to none from what it was like a few months ago. This place is not clean or sanitary by any means and when asked if there was more food coming they scrambled to accommodate us because of the short staff and this place was busy. Everytime I go into this place it's the same crappy service as the shift manager isn't available cause she is running drive thru instead of making sure the restaurant was running properly to accommodate the many people that were expecting to be able...

Food was delicious as usual which is why you got three. Took two because the service was not good, and the buffet was disappointing. Before the management change, if it wasn't on the buffet, you could ask for it and they would give you a small side dish. Usually mac n cheese. I asked for mac n cheese and was told I couldn't have any because the new management wouldn't allow it. Also, there was no white meat on the buffet. The chicken was replenished twice while we were there, and still no white meat. The green beans you used to have, which were delicious, were replaced by peas that tasted bad. Please put mac n cheese back on the buffet, or allow people to have a small side dish if they...
