Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

For some God forsaken reason EVERYTIME I come here it takes over 10 minutes to receive my order. I'm just guessing their killing the cow out back. Even though I have to wait this amount of time half of my order is either cold, undercooked or old and stale. For some reason I continue to come back.

Most workers here slow, mostly unfriendly and unkempt. Seriously the only nice thing about the places is its open 24hrs and serves dinner all day expect from 4am to 6am. Plus $1.49 nuggets, hell yes.

From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received it, it took over 20 minutes. Far from fast food. I waited for my food and it was practically throw at me from the girl working the window. When I double checked the order she sighed and gave me attitude. I realized she didn't put my tater tots in the bag. When I pointed it out to her she tried to argue with me that I didn't order any, even though it was on my receipt and I paid for them! Once I received my tater tots they were cold, stale and inedible. I would have asked for fresh ones but I realized there was a long line behind me. As I get home I push the tots off to the side and start eating the remaining of my order. I reach in the bag and the two criss-sandwiches were falling apart. None of the meat was in between the bread. I put it together myself and it taste good. Next I work my way to my burrito. I reach into the bottom of my bag and pull out a tortilla with the insides falling out, the wrapper that should have been around it wasnt. The thought of the poorly made burrito rolling around in the bottom of the bag made me totally loose my appetite.

This whole visit was unpleasant from start to finish. Crappy and slow service, inedible food and poor presentation. I normally dont take the time out of my day to write negative reviews but this...

I ordered a chicken sandwich and 13 minutes later they brought it outside. The store owner will never know since they asked me to go around front to get it which must be the new industry standard of BK fast food, they act like they are timed for drive thru service or something 🤣. When I got home the chicken in the sandwich was burnt black on one side, hooray for me! I was going to bring it back but they probably would have told me to pull around front and wait for another one.

Edit.....well I went back today. I don't know why but I do like burger king food so I thought I'd give them another chance. After waiting at the drive through for 17 minutes with one car in front of me and that person was saying hello every min with no answer after she was told to wait. I backed out of the drive thru and drove away. This was at 11:45 and I was able to back away because no one was behind me. Good luck Burger King. Edit...LOL!!! Well I went back again🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣today at 11:30! I just had to see why no one was in the drive thru or parked in the parking lot. I ordered, I was told to go to window #2, I waited, I waited, I waited, I thought to myself its really gonna happen!! Im really going to get Burger King!!! The window slid open! I was greeted with a smile, I was then asked to pay in cash because the can't accept cards at the moment! I don't carry cash just a card......why BK why.....to be continued...

Absolutely NOT a trip to flavortown. Terrible. My wife and I were curious about the new Angry Whopper while traveling home to Lincoln from upstate Nebraska. Not our usual BK, but we had some time and we were hungry. None of this goes into the disappointment we faced when we couldn't use the Burger King app's mobile coupon offer at this location since they don't allow mobile ordering. It took longer than it should have taken, especially for how cold and lackluster the food was. The tomatoes were super mealy, the onion rings tasted old, and the sandwiches were put together very sloppy. On top of all of that, we realized after getting down the road a ways, that they gave us exactly zero napkins. For their largest and perhaps messiest, item on their menu. Terribly disappointed that we spent $20 on something that's not even worth getting for free.
