Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

Very bad experience. I asked for raspberry lemonade and I got raspberry water so they had to remake it. I ordered a Salad with blue cheese dressing Xtra Blu cheese and I got one container of bc dressing and one the said house on the top which was ranch dressing. We asked them to replace it with house and she brought the same house dressing it just didn't have a top with a label. We then asked to box us the five pieces we had left because we just wanted to go home and eat it when we got home. We were so upset about the poor service we forgot the pizza. We called to see if they still had it so we could pick it up and they actually told us there was a pizza in the warmer like we ordered and there were only three pieces left. The workers actually ate two pieces and were leaving it in the warmer so they could finish it themselves. I actually thought that would put it in the warmer with all 5 pieces left or put it in the cooler to see if we called. We'll we did call but the employees already started finishing off out pizza. They didn't offer to replace it or hold it for us but instead a half hour we left the employees decided to eat it themselves. They kept making mistakes with our order and then ate our pizza. I would stay away from this place. One of the employees who had just finished talking to a customer started dropping f bombs about how stupid the person was. The least they could have done was replace the pizza for the pizza they ate and the constant mess ups...

Disappointing Service, Decent Pizza

Visited from out of state on a Saturday night at 7:30 with high hopes, but the experience didn’t quite deliver. We waited to be seated (the only guests in the dining room), then waited again to place an order. Requested appetizer ahead of pizza which the waitress acknowledged she would try to accommodate but then she forgot to place. She offered to put in the order and comp but there was no follow-through.

The hand-tossed pizza had to be substituted for pan pizza due to crust shortage and while good, also took a long time to receive, but helped salvage the visit. The overall experience lacked basic customer service skills and ambience for an enjoyable dining experience. Not bad, food is warm and lettuce is nasty on the sandwich, but otherwise it's ok when the right people are working. It's Sunday the 30th of October and pizza was ordered for delivery at 6:40pm. Tracker says 7:15 to be delivered and now it's after 7:30. Hope this has nothing with not leaving a tip on the app as I have cash for that but that doesn't matter to the delivery guy cause he only sees no tip so now our food sits getting later and later. Happens 9/10 of the time so we limit eating there. Still can't get a well done cooked pizza for the life of me. Guess these cook can read English or listen when they are told things. They just go by the factory erector book on building pizza's for dummies and can't see anything else that the customer asks for on my...
