Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

My husband placed our order 10 minutes before I got here, I walked in expecting to wait for it to finish up. I walked in and made eye contact with the employees walking around in the back but none of them came up to help me, I stood there for 6 minutes before someone finally turned around to see me. When I was told it wasn't ready I wasn't surprised and sat down to wait. While waiting I noticed that all the employees jumped into action at the sound of the drive through alarm but if a customer walked in the door they were all ignored like I was. While sitting there a customer walked in and ordered his order in store. Getting tired of waiting for an update I walked out to my car to get my wallet because my husband decided to add on a 2 liter of soda while I was waiting. When I walked in someone finally asked if I was waiting for the "Michelle" order and I asked if she meant the "Mitchell" order. She then took another look laughed and said yeah. So when I asked for the soda she got it and I paid, very disgruntled I walked out and as soon as I got in the car the customer who walked in 10 minutes after I was there and ordered their order got their order and walked out. I waited over 20 minutes for an order that was placed 10 minutes before I got there! I also noticed absolutely no adult supervision! I believe having an adult there to supervise the teenagers who were all joking and yelling in the back would have fixed the ignoring customers problem. In the time I wasted waiting for my order to finish "in the warmer" I could have placed my order at a better place and picked it up and be half way home! There is no reason I needed to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was placed 10 minutes before I showed up, and to finish it off I never got an apology for taking so long, or no updates. Even though we waited over an hour in the parking lot for our pizza and had to ask the guy what was going on when he brought pizza out to the thrid car that arrived after us or we probably wouldn't have received our pizza at all. He felt really bad and was very apologetic, I do believe it was an honest mistake. Now the best part was the huge pizza came made exactly as we ordered. It was huge and I ate lunch the next day and gave two pieces to a friend also. The pizza was cooked perfectly it was absolutely the best fast food pizza I have EVER had. The pizza was less than $10 even though it was a special order with my toppings on half and my friends on the other. It came to $8.36 if I remember correctly.
