I've done a takeout order and a dine-in at this location. So far I've tried soy garlic, cheesling, secret sauce, and galbi flavors for their wings. My favorite is hands down the galbi wings! It has a unique smoky savory and slightly sweet flavor to it, but isn't spicy at all. The wings got a good crisp on the skin, even for a takeout order, and were juicy and tender on the inside. The rose teok-boki (pardon my spelling) was good, liked the sauce, but the boki could've been softer, it was way too chewy.

Now a bit of a complaint here. They're rather inconsistent on the amount of sauce they put on the wings. In particular, our soy garlic wings were finely sauced on the takeout order, but got very minimal sauce when we dined in. There was plenty of area not covered in sauce, they're almost like original wings slightly dipped in the sauce. I took this complaint to the waiter, who saw the wings himself, and yet told me that it would've cost me $2 to add sauce on the side. I asked for what's supposed to be already included in the dish, not something extra, and they asked me to pay for it. So this was bad customer service in my opinion. I wish they would improve on this. I understand if you have to pay for extra sauce, but not if the wings are lacking sauce to begin with. Regardless, I still give four stars because of the taste and quality of their foods when they do...

Came in for lunch and we were seated right away. We had a fairly large group but were still able to order and get our food and drinks super fast. Service in general was top-tier for the entire duration of our visit. I didn’t catch our server’s name but they literally couldn’t have been better. Entire restaurant was clean and orderly.

As for the food, I’m getting hungry again just thinking about it. I haven’t had chicken this good in a very long time. No side sauce needed if you do it right. The gangjeong is sweet, smoky and slightly spicy. The Hot Mala is savory and pretty hot but balanced and won’t take your head off. The pickled radish is a nice, fresh compliment and I got emotional over the quality of the tteokbokki (just try it).

Finally, the amount of food we got for the price we paid was insane; an astounding value for the level of quality and quick service. (Please don’t take this as a sign to raise prices!)

I don’t leave reviews unless I love it and want others to try it out. I’ll...

Got a take out of a whole chicken. I can’t say that I’m happy with their food and service. The amount of breading is ridiculous, and some of those pieces are just breading with no chicken inside. Trust me, I usually don’t complain, but I couldn’t take this. So I called in and spoke to the manager. He said “because of the way we cut the whole chicken, there are small pieces left and those get fried together. That’s why there are always some pieces like that.” I understand what he means, but look at the photo. I’m not talking about a little piece of breading. It’s rather a big bread. It’s not just this piece either. Other pieces are half a breading and the other half chicken. Being a Korean myself, I wouldn’t say I’ve ever experienced this kind of chicken or EXCUSE. He added that he would get me a replacement, but I figured it will be the same anyway.

Just go to the other store on OSU campus - they are much better and the same...
