Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Columbus

Was really disappointed in the service we received tonight. It was a beautiful day so we decided to go inside for ice cream. We are a family of 4 and there was a family of 6 in front of us. There were 3 workers maybe 4 I couldn't tell for sure because all of them were hiding in the back while 1 girl was helping all of us in the lobby. Besides the 10 of us in the lobby they were not busy at all so It was extremely frustrating that we had to wait for as long as we did especially when there were other staff. The girl helping us seemed highly annoyed which was understandable considering her co-workers but she acted more annoyed with us and our multiple orders because the next customer got a "sorry for your wait" while we did not get that same consideration even though we waited for 30mins to get our ice cream. Over all just really bad customer service all around for not being busy at all. There were multiple things advertised (strawberry shortcake milkshake, hot fudge) that they said they did not have and there were no napkins or spoons stocked...

The lady at the window was very nice and friendly but their donuts are awful I had to go back because I ordered Boston cream they were hard definitely not fresh I went back through asked if I could please have some fresh ones if they had them not to be rude I apologize for which I should not had to because the donuts were definitely not fresh or they were way over baked but I guess it's a good thing at Great Wolf Lodge they have a Baskin-Robbins inside of their hotel I so fell in love with these Donuts so I guess it's a good thing the location on Morse Road truly disappointed when it came to their donuts I won't be returning it's probably a good thing but again the young lady at the window was very nice I did apologize for being that person but I did pay for the donuts and I got donuts that were not...

I wish I could give a NO stars rating. The most ridiculous experience today. First, no waffle bowls..so I ask for a cone. No cones either..okay we want two scoops in bowls. One for my husband, myself and our kiddo. We ended up with 5 single bowls and two flavors we didn’t even order. We were given no spoons and when we asked for them, we were given the little sample spoons. Not to mention, the guy making and taking our order paused multiple times to attend to the drive thru. While we were there, we witnessed a customer go through the drive thru and come back in because her shake was more like strawberry milk. They remade it for her and it was still wrong & she asked for a refund which she was still waiting on when we left. This whole experience was really...
