Subject: Disappointing Experience at Subway ā Poor Service and Coupon Denial
Yesterday, I stopped by Subway to grab a Club sandwich, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve had at a food establishment in years.
The young man behind the counter was wearing an earpiece and appeared to be speaking in a different language to someone else while simultaneously trying to assist me and two other customers. He seemed distracted, distant, and disengagedāno eye contact, no greeting, no smile. It felt like his only goal was to rush us in and out.
When I politely asked for extra spinach on my sandwich and said Iād be happy to pay for it, his response was rude and unkind. To make matters worse, when I presented a valid Subway coupon, he refused to accept it for the Club sandwich. However, the coupon clearly stated that it excludes only wraps, The Beast, and the Garlic Roast Beefānot Club sandwiches. Had I seen otherwise, I would not have ordered it.
Frustrated and disappointed, I chose not to pay for the sandwich and left empty-handed. Itās disheartening to see a business prioritize saving a couple of dollars over offering a welcoming and respectful customer experience.
Iām sharing this so others can be aware of the poor service at this particular location. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and retrains their staff on basic customer service and honoring clearly...

I came in & had them verify a coupon & though it didnāt seem fair of what we could get we still ordered with smiles. We ordered 3 footlongs & 3 6 inches all together. When saying what we wanted she kept trying to put other ingredients and we kept correcting her. When putting toppings on our 3rd footlong a man came in behind us. She told us to please hurry up. I said excuse me. She pointed and at the guy behind us & tried to quietly talk it off but hen I asked her did she tell us to hurry up. She said thereās another guest & she didnāt mean it that way, with no apology. I had already paid in advance as when showing the coupon the verified it still worked with a slight rip and the sandwiches they told us we could order.. and my 3 6 inches still hadnāt been started. I asked for a refund and her coworker than began making the 3 others. You my forward, I will NEVER return to...

Upon returning home and opening the subs, both were made completely wrong! They were absolutely disgusting and eventually thrown out. Subway was now closed. The following day I attempted to call several times with no answer and eventually gave up. I should have paid full price and watched my subs being made as receiving the discount ended with nothing edible and just had me throwing money away. I will never place a pickup order again at this location. The receipt was correct but they mixed all the toppings, one sub had no sauce and the other had all three which didn't mix well and made it soggy. If you still wish to place a pickup order after reading this I highly advise to order only one...
