McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

This location is not good night time if you order something or you order online, you come to the drive-through people’s gonna take longer and longer and longer than you come to the window. The window person would not asking if we have Mobile order or regular order the window person he made a mistake so he gave it to my order somebody else and then I was watching so the other customer return it the item after a minute when he realized this is not his order then after that, the customer get his order then the order that the customer had in his car He hanged to me. I told him that this is my order, but you give it the wrong person. Can you please remake it the window person was rude and then he cussed at me then he called the manager manager didn’t even care. He said it is good. It’s not bad. You can take it then I refused. I told him that I can pull around just remake it please then I waited like 10 minutes then I don’t know if they remake it or not, but the coffee it was the same that I say that the first time and then the coffee was like watery melted. If they make a new coffee, it wouldn’t be like that. I am unhappy. I’m trying to get refund, but I couldn’t find a way please fix this place. I come to this place every...

I left a review here (not sure where it went🤔🤣) about 3 years ago and it was not good, at all. They use to be and still are my sons favorite, but due to stuff missing, sodas not being diet, and even getting the totally wrong order. I must say since that time, they have actually became my goto spot for a quick sandwich, breakfast etc whenever i do get something "fast" And my food is always hot, fresh, but most if all THE WORKERS!!! I go most of the time very late at night, early morning. And sometimes evening. But the workers are also some of the nicest, (seem to care that your order is right) workers i have seen in well since coming here now regularly for about 8-9 years. So i keep meaning to leave a review because I'm sure they have reason to be moody, snap back etc. But have gone +what I'd say) above what their requirements probably even are! This has to the worst Franchise ever. I've only went here 3 times and every time it's always someone in there goofing off and playing around. To top it off the food is always horrible. This was the third and last time I will ever go back there. They didn't want to fill my drinks up and gave us straws that were open. When I ask the young girl to fill up my drinks and wipe the pop off the cup she sighs heavily as if she had an attitude. I asked for fresh fries and they were cooked in old grease which I told them they need to change. The young girl that sighed heavily and another co-worker were acting very unprofessional laughing and jumping up and down as if it were funny. Management should really consider hiring people that are more professional because at the end of the day these employees are representing your business. Please do better and hire someone that knows what they are doing and how to give quality service.
