Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

Not only were the five pizzas I ordered hot, delicious, and ready within 15 minutes, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly. The customer before me knew the employee and was experiencing a personal issue. When the customer left, the employee said he would be praying for him. Whether they knew each other or not, that was an excellent show of the employee's values and made me smile. The employee then greeted me cheerfully with a smile on his face as if he were happy to see me. This was my first time picking up an order from this store; therefore, he had no idea who I was. His outward expression shows insight into his character and is a display of modeling appropriate behaviors for staff and customers. I will definitely return to this store for all...

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!! Do not waste your time ordering from the Idlewild Rd location!!! I placed an order last night at 5:30pm for delivery. Received at text by 6pm saying the pizza was out for delivery. By 7pm there was no pizza and I started calling the Idlewild Rd location which they barely answer the phone. Between 7-8:30pm, I called the store 4 times and was told EVERY time that the delivery driver was 10-15 minutes away. By 9pm, my order STILL HAD NOT ARRIVED and the store employees were NOT answering the phone but THE CHARGE IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT FOR A PIZZA I NEVER RECEIVED!!

I’ve contacted the corporate office and will be demanding to speak with a manager today! I will NEVER order from these unprofessional rude...

I waited almost 2 hrs. for my food to be delivered. I called twice to check on my order. The 1st time I called a guy told me it would be delivered in 5 mins. but it wasn't. The 2nd time I called I was told that my order couldn't be delivered bc I owed .71 cents. It was crazy bc the purchase went through and was charged to my debit card. After waiting 2 hrs. for them to tell me that, I canceled the order. I had to go to the store to get my receipt showing my refund. When I got to the store the next day, I was told it was a glitch in their system overcharging everyone who placed their orders online for delivery. I won't be dealing with this...
