KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Several times a month, I place an online order to take to elderly neighbors. In the beginning it was always ready at the time chosen. The last few times it has not been ready. Tonight I go to pick it up and they say they are just putting them in the oven and it will be 20 minutes. I placed the order online at 3 o’clock to be picked up at 6 PM. Food was not even done after waiting for a good 20 minutes or more. The person at the drive through speaks so LOW THAT I COULD NOT HEAR HER! But once I drove around to the window I had to repeat the order MULTIPLE TIMES. She speaks so LOW AND I WAS TRYING TO READ HER LIPS BUT THAT WAS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT. This KFC is struggling! I've been to this KFC 3 times and each time have experienced excruciatingly long waits (45 minutes) for a fast food establishment.
