4/13/18 I arrived at Sonics at 10:30. I was at stall 17 and pressed the button to order. Some lady pulls up in stall 18 10 minutes after me and they take her order, and 2 other people after me order. So they finally asked to take my order and immediately cut me off. I moved to stall 4 and waited another 10 minutes. All the while I'm sitting there, other people are pulling up and they're taking orders. So I get on my phone and call in and they answer and I ask what's going on, SO THEY TAKE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE. As I watched the screen it said my order was coming out, wait another 10 minutes and press the button and they ask what did I order. So I tell her and she said the guy came out and didn't see me, then he said it was a white guy there. The manager then tells me I've called your phone 3 times, but my phone never rung. Read moreOkay, I do not bash any restaurant for any reason at all. I understand the need for employers and they are needed. At this point, managers, be mindful of who you hire to work in your establishment. Being rude and having a nasty attitude is not the way to answer any customer. On October 28 about 8:30 pm, we ordered our food, the wait was over 30 minutes, some of our food was cold, food was missing, our order was screwed up, car hop did not and I repeat did not serve with the right attitude and Manager was.……. Just never mind but you get the picture. Sonic please do better!!! This is why I choose Sonics on 45 any day. I can always count on their hospitality to fulfill my day. Read moreI ordered via the app as I assumed that would cut down the wait. I checked in upon arrival, the screen showed in the kitchen as the status. After about five minutes the status disappeared. I assumed it meant they are on the way. Waiting an additional ten minutes my order is delivered. I handed the bags to my children and drove off(my mistake). Unfortunately the only thing that had some heat to it was one hamburger. My Bacon Toaster wasn't even toasted. I had visited this location the day prior and had the same issue with the onscreen order status. They eventually had to look the order up and get it recooked.
