Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

Last night when the power went out on the East side of town(7/20/25), my niece decided she wanted something to eat, so we headed out to see what was still open ( it was around 11:30pm) our expectations were very low. Imagine our surprise when we pull up to the menu and we are greeted with the most pleasant, friendly welcome. At first we thought it might have been a recording but nope, when we pulled around to the second window we were again greeted by this big infectious smile and someone who took a lot of pride in her work! I asked for her name and if I recall I think it was Tianna, Tyeisha (my apologies if I’m saying or misspelling it). We just wanted you to know and for your management to know that you rock! Went through drive through after 7 pm, got to the window to pay and was asked to stay at the first window until my order is ready, when asked why I couldn't pull up to the second window the lady just looked at me like I was bothering her. After the car in the second window got there order I proceeded to pull up to the second window. As soon as I did the guy in the window immediately told me to pull over and park in a parking space that my order would be out in a minute. I looked behind me and no other cars were in line so I asked why do I need to pull into the parking spaces and all he could say was he needed me to pull up, so I did. I finally received my order and everything was wrong. Service is never like this during the middle of the day but is almost always like this in the late evenings. I will not...

I had the best experience at the one in East Columbus. The gentleman running the register was awesome. Very prompt, polite and all around great attitude. I wish I had gotten his name so i could call corporate and brag on him. He was running food out to customers, checking with customers to make sure everything was to their liking, greeting new customers when they walked in. The energy this man has in wonderful.
