Rally's — Restaurant in Columbus

Ordered on app didn't refund my money on item they didn't have, the Carmel Sundae, I ordered and I had paid with credit card. No Refund.they said they didn't know how to refund on a app order / credit card. So I love me a chocolate shake stopped back here 2 times in the early evening since they ripped me off for the sundae. still no shakes ,or ice cream in general. not too surprising always the same ! And still have not got my refund for the sundae even after calling customer service and writing an email. But McDonald's has had shakes everytime! No longer a rallys customer! So ....I stop by This particular rallys on Mound Street Columbus,oh about once a week still to this day... February 28:today.... .and I have still never been able to order a milkshake or sundae. Not one time.......It's always broke down or kbeing cleaned. Pathetic.......so I continue to go to white castle or McDonald's.....and only once have I been told that it's being cleaned and they had no shakes Rallys on Parsons Ave always has shakes ...pretty pathetic mound st never does. I think they just don't wanna clean the machine so they make excuses and if they are cleaning it must be all the time,cause I stop there at all different times.... usually from 6pm to 10 pm.... sometimes at 1pm to 3or 4 pm ....same story every time. And I have still never got my refund or been offered any compensation of another sundae or anything. It's really sad ..I don't expect this location to be open to much longer. When I do stop there ,there is no line to wait ,maybe one other person and that's a big maybe. I don't know how they survive,unless lunch and dinner rush is gonna make em enough money tvo stay...

This is literally the worst rally that you could ever go to I just ordered $34 in food all my food was wrong it's only getting a one-star because it will not let me give it a zero the guy at the window was rude the Kooks literally slapped my food together I asked for double Rally's Burgers they gave me plain single Rally's burgers I asked for a spicy chicken combo I did not even get my fry or my chicken sandwich they charge me for a whole combo that I did not get so I tried calling the place and they will not answer the phone I tried to pull back through the drive-thru and they said sorry we are closed at 11:14 at night I will never again go to this Rally's they constantly change their hours they used to be open till 3 now you can go in there one night at 10:30 and they're closed you can go in there the next night and they're open till 1 the inside of the store so filthy that I not even eating the food that I ordered I'm not even letting my kids eat it there was food and trash all over the counters and Floors I've been going to this rallies for probably seven years periodically because I like rallies but this is literally my last time I cannot do this store no more you would be better off to not even try and you can literally see the filth inside the store from the drive-thru window so thank you Riley's for taking my money and making me go somewhere else to get my kids dinner I really do appreciate you...

Unfortunately, there isn't a 0 star option. As a robot, I need fuel like everyone else. Fuel was running low, so I decided to have my order delivered by doordash. For the record, After ordering, and receiving my order, I am still low on fuel, and what's worse, on the verge of blowing a gasket. Here is why. When ordering from a platform like Doordash, the order is sent to the place. In this case it is Rally's Doordash has a unique feature, where you can add if an item isn't available, cancel the order. In this case, it was suppose to do a strawberry milkshake. The best of all fuels, and for this Item, I put "If this isn't available cancel the order" Instead of Rally's taking note and doing what the option says of cancelling the entire order, I instead receive what I can only describe as a fanta based drink, that attempted to taste like a strawberry, but instead tasted how TV static sounds. In addition to, upon further inspection, they completely missed an item that I had put down. A custom chicken sandwich, with bacon. Because who doesn't love the mix? Now, instead of my tank being on full, I have to go to another place to get high octane instead of the unleaded TV static they serve.

This place does not deserve your business. If it can ruin my engine, what makes you think yours will...
