Scrumptious African Food — Restaurant in Columbus

I ate at their food truck and I was not pleased with the presentation of my food. . I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. After I ordered I realized it was an African food truck. If I would have known that I would have not ordered as they specialize in African food not American. I paid $16 for my food and when I opened up the box i instantly became disappointed. I asked for ketchup and honey mustard. Instead of giving me packages or a container for the two, she put it in the same space inside the box. I Never had this done before. The sandwich was covered with cheese. You would have thought I asked for a cheese sandwich. The overall presentation gets a 1. I can’t rate the food because I did not taste it. I’m sure the African dishes are good but I don’t recommend trying any...

I promise I’m not being paid to say this: as a college student - THEY HAVE THE BEST SERVICE OMG. Not only did the lady personally contact me if I wanted any add-ons onto my food, but she also personally delivers, and was extremely sweet🤎 as someone who is Liberian I’ve been to many in Nigerian restaurants that have had no flavor like at all but hers taste so good and the rice was top-tier. I had an amazing experience at Scrumptious Pasteries & more! The peanut stew is full of authentic, rich flavors, and the portion size was perfect. Christianah is friendly and quick, and descriptive on the dishes on her menu. She will even give you a sample for most foods on her menu. Making the whole experience enjoyable.
