My son had his 13th birthday party on Saturday, January 14th at 7 p.m. The coordinator, Neicey (I'm not sure how to spell her name correctly) was very professional, diligent and awesome to work with and even stayed a little longer to ensure my son's party was eventful. Once she left around 8:15 pm, my son his invited friends had a good time for the most part, except when they started to play volleyball. We (me and two other parents) noticed there was a lot of extra chatter but thought it was because they were all having a good time. It turns out that several workers were playing dodge ball with them when they should have been working; not only were they "playing", but they were acting as a firing squad to our 12 and 13-year-olds, purposefully hitting them in the head, neck and chest and then shouting when they would hit one in the head as hard as they could. Our boys tried to play it cool, but when they were done playing and it was time to come home, they complained of being hit very had from the workers and were experiencing head, neck and chest pain. This is unprofessional and I will not tolerate what has happened to them. I did not pay all that money for them to be abused by much older workers for fun. To add insult to injury, once the younger boys decided the game wasn't fair due to their injuries and walked away to play in another area, the workers followed them around to ask them if they wanted to play again, which is just asinine, and tells me that if they were that comfortable doing that and asking them to play again, this was not the first time they have done this. This was disgusting behavior and I will NEVER come back this place. If you have any parties, especially at night for the glow party where the lights are turned off, please pay close attention to where the staff members are and where your kids/party are located, as if you look further down in the reviews, this has...
Read moreI purchased a $200 platinum Glow party package for my 7 year olds birthday. I had listed 5 children and 8 adults. I paid for it all up front. When I arrived, some of the adults wanted to jump. I wanted to find out how much it’d be, so I spoke with the party pro. I asked if the adults were included for jump or if we could add them on. Obviously I needed a general budget idea. I was told they were included and that even the socks and shirts were included. I asked to confirm, saying I’d noticed on the website that it said 1 pizza per 5 jumpers but when I’d added the 8 adults, it still said 1 pizza so I had assumed they were not included. He brushed off this part and reassured again, everyone was included in the package. I still didn’t really feel like this was right, so I sent my child’s father to double check. Her father and uncle both heard the same thing I did, that the adults were free to jump. Well, they weren’t. By the time we got our ticket, it was over $500 spent in total. When we asked about it, we were told it was “probably because the adults were listed as non jumpers at first” which is literally what I asked. Some of us were going to opt out of jumping but figured may as well when it was included. I had 7 Platinum tickets added to my purchase because I was misled.
The actual floor area is okay, the kids had fun, decent bit to do. But the party room was a bit raunchy upon arrival. My guests complained that it smelled of vomit, like maybe a kid got sick right before our party. While overall ok, an experience no where near worth $500. I will not be purchasing again and am writing this so that others don’t get misinformed and...
Read moreI recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, and it was an absolute blast! The experience was exceptional from start to finish, and here's why:
Sky Zone offers fantastic prices for birthday parties, making it not only a memorable experience but also a budget-friendly choice for parents. The party package we chose included everything we needed, and it didn't break the bank.
What truly made the day special was the attention to detail and personalized service from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had an unforgettable day. From coordinating activities to keeping the kids engaged, they made the celebration stress-free for us parents.
Now, let's talk about the food. The pizza they served was not only sizeable but surprisingly delicious. It's not always easy to find good pizza at a trampoline park, but Sky Zone's pizza was a hit with the kids and adults alike.
In summary, Sky Zone Trampoline Park exceeded our expectations for a birthday party venue. Great prices, attentive staff, and tasty pizza made it a day to remember. Highly recommended!
