Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

Love coming here in the morning, the wait is very short. All the other Starbucks have a very long line in the morning but not this one. Right now they are running a promotion. All pumpkin flavored drinks are $1 off, I got the Pumpkin cold brew. They didn’t have cold brew coffee so they offered to do iced coffee with pumpkin foam — which was fine. The drink was good but once I got to the bottom of my drink I got a mouth full of this salt like substance. It was crunchy & flavorless, when I went back & asked what it could be I was told “it’s the pumpkin spice I put on top of the drink that went to the bottom” this is not pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice is light & dissolves. This substance was not dissolvable & had no flavor. It was very unappealing, I wiped my mouth on my sleeve because I didn’t know what was in my drink. One of the baristas on 1/15/18 messed up my order. She asked me three times what I wanted in my iced coffee. Put on your listening ears!! She then messes up my overpriced beverage, giving me a cold brew when I asked for an iced coffee. She even assured me that she made the correct beverage. She then tries to make me an iced coffee but puts water in the cup like she’s diluting a cold brew. Thankfully, another barista made my order for her as the other girl was extremely incompetent and unable to follow even basic directions. Let me hop over the counter and make my beverage for you. Stopped in this morning at 7:45 and noticed there was no one behind the counter. I assumed maybe they were on a bathroom break or some thing as there’s usually someone there by 7:45 every Wednesday when I stop by this location. so I waited patiently with several other patrons until about 8 o’clock when a Kroger store representative came over and informed us they were not opening no until 9 o’clock today. I would just really appreciate a sign or a note letting customers know when the hours are changed so we don’t all waste our time standing in line for nothing. Thanks so much and...
