Btj Wings — Restaurant in Columbus

Never had a problem until my visit today I order on the same website they have linked to their page btjs and on the 10 pc wings it requires you to chose 2 flavors you canny chose only only , I selected mild and lemon pepper not half and half which is a separate option to the bottom of the page and the white lady at the register was rude and told me they will not remake it, no refund or anything tooken off and they don’t answer the phone for you to even place a order. The counter help was rude and obnoxious. My Husband has a hearing problem and both people behind the counter were rolling eyes, sarcastic and giving horrible vibes. Then after confirming the order, it was still wrong. If these folks are the representation the business wants when people have choices of where to spend money, then it won't be long before more revenue is lost. We were very disappointed in the experience and do not recommend until the customer service...

The food is good but the only problem I have is this place does not have any handicap parking. I would like to add that on my last visit to this place one of your employees was purchasing drugs when she was supposed to be working.
