Red Lobster — Restaurant in Columbus

Today was probably the most disheartening experience here. Usually it's decent. And I understand everywhere is short staffed, I honestly do. However, we waited at least 15 mins for someone to even ask for our drinks and it wasn't our server . In fact we never actually had a server. The person we were told would be with us ,never came . I think the manager is the one who took our drink & food order. We only got 3 biscuits total. Then we had a different person bring our food. From then on, no server. No one came back .We weren't asked for refills or if we needed anything . The ultimate fest wasn't so ultimate. Some of the usual that come on the plate, weren't there.it was all very skimped and food presentation was like it was tossed together. No one was in sight to even flag down to ask for the rice, butter or anything extra if needed. No one even brought our check. We are just honest enough to pay on the kiosk thing at the table &we even tipped ( jokes on us for that one) . It would have been nothing to dine and dash. Karma is something we believe in ,so we didn't do such a thing. We spent more time waiting for someone to even care to help us and honestly more money than this experience was worth. I usually don't feel like I'm owed a "free"anything, but we were jipped...

Me and my father came here to eat. We were told there was a wait to be seated so we asked to sit at the bar. The gentlemen politely said yes. We go to the bar and the bar tender who's name was Theresa was extremely rude. She starts off by saying youuuuu don't look 21 I need to see ID. It was definitely the demeanor she had that made it rude. I said I am 18 but we always sit in at the bar. She argues and say nobody under 21. She escorted us out of the bar area and told us to sit in the regular dinding area. If you read my attachment it is Indiana law that a 18 year old can sit at the bar with a parent or guardian to expressly dine. Also, on the way out my father approached the bar tender (Theresa) and says the indiana law states a 18 year old can sit at the bar with a parent or guardian to expressly dine. Once again she had a rude demeanor and states sir I have worked here 19 years. My father says look up the law. She says have a nice night in a rudely manner. Horrible experience and the staff needs to know the laws. Probably won't recommend to anyone or...

Red lobster "use to be" my very favorite place to eat. We go there every year on my Birthday. I'm almost positive this past May will be our last .... our server was fine. The Manager was seating guests. He was less than impressive.He did not speak, act or imply that he was a manager. I wouldnt have known he was in Management, until our server sent him to our table later into dinner. There was 3 in our party. One person couldnt eat her cesear salad (only type of salad available) because it was terribly wilted. Didnt look or even smell appetising. Then when her entree of crab cakes was served it was not cooked thru, center was mushy, raw ! She had both plates removed & did not choose to order anything else. I ordered the Endless Shrimp, had 3 different types of shrimp & was not impressed with any of it ! The shrimp cobobs was the plainest, no flavor shrimp I've ever had or seen (they didnt even look appetising). This visit was not pleasant, nor was our visit before this one. Not sure if/when we will visit again ... certainly would not recommend...
