⚠️Adding this: Don’t trust a lot of the “good” reviews. It really looks like this place is paying for fake ones through some overseas/Asian review farms. Just check the profiles—most of the people leaving 5 stars don’t even look like real customers. Horrible spot. Here’s the breakdown of everything wrong with this place: • Crazy expensive: Other buffets charge you half of what you pay here, and the quality is still trash. Yeah, you’re paying like 50% more for mediocre food. • Customer service: Staff couldn’t care less about your table, and they act all snobby when you ask for something. Every request feels like you’re bothering them. • Creepy surveillance: The staff literally watches what you grab and eat from the buffet, then comes up to you mid-meal to lecture you about “what the service costs.” Like, seriously? It’s a buffet. The whole point is to take what you want for a set price. They shouldn’t be harassing people while they’re eating. • The food: Hands down the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Dry, not fresh—some of it straight-up tasted old. The soup? Nasty, completely flavorless. Noodles had this weird almost sour taste. The mushrooms were mixed with random stuff like they scraped together leftovers from other plates. Fruit wasn’t even fresh. The only thing worth touching was the dessert, and even that’s pushing it. • Paid to get sick: I literally paid for the privilege of getting sick. The moment I left, I felt dizzy and ended up at urgent care. Do yourself a favor and skip this dumpster fire unless you wanna spend money just to end up with food poisoning. Bottom line: If you actually care about yourself and your loved ones, go somewhere clean with real quality food. This place is a hard pass.

I've been putting off making this review because I'm at a crossroads. I want to like this place, but our first interaction wasn't the greatest. My girlfriend and I went into Columbus because we'd seen this on social media. We went on a Saturday evening...(first mistake) we checked in and the lady at the podium took our number and said 15-20 minutes... After strolling through half-priced books and almost 90 minutes later we got a notification that our table was ready. Now after all that we got to our "table" which was half a booth in the back that faced a wall.. They kept all the back stock on it(napkins, silverware, etc) anyway we were too hungry we laughed it off at the time. Now the food was something else and it really almost made it worth it. The amount of sushi there was not to mention all the different kinds of fresh/fried oysters, crayfish, and snow crab legs! The food surprised me for sure. Now I've seen a couple of people talking about the pho station. It's not closed it's made to order there are pens and paper fill it out and ring the bell.. easy easy. Right next to pho is hibachi and that is self-explanatory grab a plate fill it with what you want and hand it to the chef behind the counter who will fry it up to perfection! Unfortunately, no onion volcanoes or egg tossing in hats but they had a tip jar if you're feeling generous. I know they are still getting the kinks out, they just opened. I think I'll go back for lunch in six months (it's exactly the same food as dinner just cheaper) and see if anything has changed. Hope this book helps. ✌️

The atmosphere looks nice with a very good vibe and clean but customer service and the charge per person is ridiculous. We decided to go one day and you have the waitresses hovering over you pretty much every 5 minutes or less. I like to enjoy my food and if I need anything I look around for someone but having a waitress go to you 20 times or more during your dining time is too much. The food is great but just adding everything else to the equation just messes everything up. I had also told some family members about this buffet and boy were they disappointed with definitely not wanting to return. They had an elderly man that kept going to them asking if they were done and looking at their plates. When they were finally done they asked the other another waitress for their check and he brought it to them. They were getting ready to pay when the elderly man went to ask them if they were done when they weren't because they had just received the check were just getting their wallet out. The elderly man walked away. Then another waitress took the payment and took it to the cashier whom wasn't at the register. My family members then decided to leave to make room for other customers when they were rudely interrupted by the elderly man going half way to their car yelling YOU DID NOT PAY!!! They yelled back that they did and proceeded to the car. The elderly man than went to their car and knocked on their window repeating the same words. My family members then got out of the car and proceeded to the buffet to confront everyone. They remembered who took their payment and asked if they had paid and he confirmed they had. The elderly man then kept insisting they hadn't. All of them proceeded towards the register where there was still no cashier but the payment was still sitting there. The two waiters kept arguing and finally the cashier arrived and was apologizing to my family but the damage had already been done and now they are more than decided of not going back. Hopefully they run things more smoothly so things like this won't happen again. It's very rude of them and it ruins the...
