Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Columbus

Ordered a Large Carmel Iced Coffee (Triple Cream and Triple Sugar), a chocolate dipped donut and an everything croissant with a hashbrown. I received the hash brown, everything croissant and a Ice Cap that was not even the flavor for which I asked for. The person at the window also charged me for two meals mine and someones who drove off. The sandwich was awful and hashbrown was cold. I waited in line for 20 minutes and didn't have time to wait again, so I tried calling about a refund and no answer several times. This is unacceptable service and double charging someone is bad business. Would not recommend anyone going to this location as service has been bad on several other occasions as well. By far worst experience with Tim Hortons thus far and I am a loyal customer....

This is so unfortunate bc the customer service was decent this time. Last time I went I just drove off bc the staff looked dirty and I didn’t want the food! But today the young man was upbeat and nice but My tea was given to me with out a sleeve so I asked him to put one on the cup he did so! But I get to work the tea was ice cold and the donut was rock hard! And then when I called there no one picked up the phone and I kept calling they said oh well it’s cold outside it cooled off the Tea!!!! Wait so 3 mins in my car cooled off the tea! I understand you don’t have to be a genius to work there or most places but don’t try to insult my intelligence you little Condescending irresponsible non-task for filling individual! *2 Year Update -- The people are now very nice here. They smile and are courteous. The customer service is great. The only thing is that the IceCapps are always spoiled. I've told them multiple times that they taste spoiled, but they never got better. I have to go to another location to get my IceCapps, but everything else is okay here. 4 stars!

2022 Why is this place still open?! It hurt to give 1 star; I would give -7 stars if I could. There are no words to describe the horrible, horrible service here. My husband ordered 12 timbits and got 12 donuts instead. When I asked him why he didn't say anything to them about their mistake, he said they're so mean and confrontational, it was easier to just take the donuts and go. Someone needs to call...
