Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered my pizza online at 10:00 in hopes that I would have it by 10:30 since I had to be at work by 11:00 I get there at 10:25 giving them an additional 5 minutes to have my pizza ready in boxed up but of course not no one's working the counter two people in the back trying to get the orders together and the third guy that I had no clue was even there stroll then out the parking lot and appeared to be looking in everybody's box but hadn't worst a hand then one of the pizza makers and the boy who came in from the parking lot gets into a big argument and so then the manager cusses both of them out and I'm still waiting on my pizza then I get to the car with my pizza and the manager comes running out to open up my box because he thought that he had given me somebody else's Pizza it just was unbelievable I have not ventured into a Pizza Hut until last week for about a good 15-20 years I found the deal online and ordered online last weekend and the pizza was pretty good and so I decided I was going to take a yet another shot and I understood why I left in the first place and this will definitely be my last adventure to Pizza Hut and the crazy part is is that I work for Pizza Hut some years ago and they were ran efficiently they were clean they were on top of things I don't know what has happened but clearly it's not what it used to be don't waste your money and don't waste your time made the mistake of going back I pull into the parking lot the manager is out front smoking a cigarette comes right into the building doesn't wash your hands doesn't put on gloves go straight for my food after she got smart with me while she was trying to ring me up I get home with the pizza the pizza isn't even fully cut so every piece you try to pull apart is pulling other pieces apart the toppings are sliding off of the pizza just piss poor service they don't care they just taking people's money the restaurant is ran down and nasty and dirty inside it just look old and wore out I don't know why it's still open and I don't know why I kept going back...

If I could give them negative stars I would, whats worse is pizza Hut has no way of telling them how horrible their employees are including the general manager. Here's my experience

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with any pizza hut. The general manager was so rude! I called and told them I was havingg a problem with the website because I was trying to order a pizza from the deals section and it wouldn't let me, it would say it couldn't be combined with the "free cheese sticks with purchase" coupon which was never even in my cart. Then I called the store and the first manager told me to call back right after I made the order and they could take the cheese sticks off once I placed it. So I placed it and called back, then the general manager gets on and goes off. "I can`t keep giving discounts for free cheese sticks, that's an online exclusive there's nothing I can do about that"even after I explained to her that the last manager I spoke with told me to this she still had an attitude about it and told me no. A few minutes later she calls me back and tells me she didn't realize I was a new customer and she actually can take the cheese sticks off. What I want to know is if she's the GENERAL MANAGER how would she not check and see if I was this "same customer she spoke with a few days ago"before going off on me about not taking the charge off, also IF she's the GENERAL MANAGER WHY IS SHE GIVING ANY CUSTOMER AN ATTITUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE? This was a horrible experience both online and with the store at 3089 east main st columbus oh and I will NEVER eat...

Let me start by saying Pizza Hut as a company, I enjoy. This location I hate. We live literally right this East Main location, but if we order delivery it is ALWAYS cold. When I asked why the employee explained that even thoigh we live not even 1 mile away, its more convenient for the driver to make us his last stop. So we made the choice to only pick up. When I went in to pick up my order, I was told they didnt have stuffed crust and had tried to call so they could make something else. Thats totally my fault for not answering. But as the employee goes to ring up my now new order she is ignoring the phone as it rings non stop. But 2 seconds later when her Iphone went off, she reached over grabbed it, answered and continued to have a facetime with her daugher, all while STILL ringing me up and talking to me... My wait time was quoted at 15 to 20 min... I waited 30 and then being the only person I there, I stood at the counter watching them stand and talk. Playing music on their phones... During my at least 40 min time there, they NEVER once answered the work phone but openly flashed their own phones, listening to inappropriate work environment music, and worst of all ignoring customers. Finally I got my pizza, and somehow it was still burnt on top. The cheese and cruat all starting to turn brown... I really like pizza hut and tge glaze they use for the crust. Even though it was on my reciept they didnt put the glaze. The whole experience is just always terrible at this location! If you value good service and respectful employees this is...
