Got off of work 7:30 decided to stop at Wendy's walked in saw a big poster of a sandwich Golden Fish Fresh lettuce tomato and nice size dipping sauce .. I was pleased with the poster so I decided to order the fish sandwich combo.. to my surprise I bet into a hard crunchy dried up fish sandwich I ate some of the fries as well and it didn't even taste like fries to me I know it's french fries because I'm looking at it but the taste was not there I tried to bypass all this the way it tastes the way it looks and I couldn't so I took it back in and ask for a fresh cook fish sandwich. Now net me remind you the guy who was at the register was the same guy who was getting the fries that really kind of messed me up register food together it's not cool with me that's why I gave it one star and when I went out to the Wendy's website to try to find out where I can express my feeling about the food that I just ate I couldn't find it they had everything else but I guess they just not want to hear...
Read moreI was not too happy to find, upon getting into my vehicle (after having entered the dining room to order my carryout food) that my "meat and cheese only" sandwich was without the bacon, on a bacon double biggie bag sandwich. I would think that a Manager could give $20 to an employee and ask them to go up to Big Lots or Kroger’s a mile away and pick up a couple hundred forks to hold them over for a day or two or at least Tell customers before they order salads. Thank goodness I didn’t order chili and they only had knives....
