Creamy Freeze — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

I dealt with an adult child here today. A lady that works there who seemed to be more than an employee idk. She wasn’t working the windows so idk if she is a manager, owner idk but my experience here today almost practically went violent. I told her I am going to write a google review about it. Something so dumb turned practically violent where I felt like this lady was going to throw my ice cream at me pretty much disrespected and slammed my ice cream that I paid for and was going to eat. She was petty and had so much animosity Totally disrespectful and a great way to treat your customers. Story: I went here for 2 soft serve vanilla w/ Carmel and peanuts. I seen one had a ton of peanuts and not much Carmel. I had asked for more carmel. But when they gave me back my parfait cup with more carmel the parfait cup was messy with ice cream and Carmel on the sides. I don’t know how they expect someone to want to touch or carry or put that in their car. So I had to ask if they could clean it. So the girl just put the entire clear parfait cup in a styrofoam cup and handed it back to me. When I never asked for a styrofoam cup to cover the parfait. I was surprised cause it didn’t make it look to appealing where I would enjoy it. A older lady came over and ripped it out of her hands then went to the counter and scrapped and poured it all out of the parfait cup into a styrofoam cut, put a lid on it and slammed it on the counter then walks away like she was extremely bothered. Almost throwing my ice cream at me and slamming it on the counter and then slamming the window. She is crazy. It’s fricken ice cream. If I’ve cream gets you that powder off find another passion. If u think they care about any one of you that go there ur mistaken. Apparently people are an inconvenience and could care less about whether u come or not. I told her she was rude and has an attitude and that idk why. She just ignored me.

Also possibly a tax fraud business, because they only except cash. What store only excepts cash these days. Reporting to Irs as suspicion.

THERE IS NO VEGAN GELATO. The “gelato” they have is vegan ice cream and the menu is extremely confusing. The menu says “VEGAN * see shakes” and then shakes lists multiple flavors but when we came to talk to the cashier he said there’s vegan chocolate vegan vanilla and “some other flavor, I don’t know”. We had to ask him to ask what other flavor and it was like pulling teeth. I requested a vegan milkshake and it was mixed with actual MILK and I tasted no vanilla. My girlfriend asked for the other flavor and requested vegan birthday cake and upon getting home realized it definitely was not the vegan birthday cake because she’s allergic and has been stuck on the toilet ever since as a result. Worst 10 dollars I’ve ever spent and will not ever...

Way overpriced in my opinion! If the price is going to be high, you need one of the following options to be a staple & an obvious trait from a customers perspective:

great tasting ( didn't have that, DQ is better)

have a nice lot/ store ( didn't really have this, the lot is tiny!)

great customer service ( I asked for a Pup Cup & they could have just been honest and said "sorry, we dont have this" but they gave me a full ice cream cup that was massive. I paid like 7 dollars for it and no way should any dog eat the amount of ice cream given! They also forgot napkins and had to turn around in the lot...
