I love Einsteins, but this location is terrible. I've been here 3 times and each time it gets worse. The first time the worker had a terrible attitude and was rude to customers. She was obviously having a bad day and taking it out on customers. The second time I paid for a large drink and the worker tried to give me a small until I said I ordered a large. He then said no I rang it up a small, but whatever. So then I said no on the receipt it says large. That's just a simple mistake, but don't argue with me about it when it says large on the receipt. He should have double checked the receipt. Now this third time I ordered a bagel and he rang it up the wrong bagel!! So I had to tell them hey I didn't want this bagel type. They fixed that but then they didn't give me my large drink!! They gave me my bagel and said have a nice day. Nothing about my drink that I paid for. So I'm waiting up at the counter to tell them hey I also ordered a large drink that no one is making. And all 4 workers look at me and don't say anything. Not can I help you, do you need something else, nothing!!!! The customer service here is terrible and I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. Which sucks because it's the closest location to where I live but I doubt I will be back. This is twice now that I have ordered a large drink and they try to get away with not giving me it after I've paid. Not cool. I'm really disappointed in this Einsteins and the people they have working here. Again, I would not recommend...
Read moreBefore I ordered I asked if they have soy milk, they do so I placed my order for a bagel (not sliced or anything added) and a large chai tea latte with soy milk. Then I paid. I stood off to the side like the others had done before me. Other people came in and ordered, paid and received their orders. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the cashier how much longer it would be. He said, you were next. Then he proceeded to say, you ordered a bagel, did you get anything on this bagel or did you need it sliced? My reply nope, straight out of the bin. Then I said I also ordered a chai tea latte with soy milk. He looked around, looked at the machine, looked at the screen where the order was up there, went to the back, came to me and said we are out of soy milk. Puzzled, because I have been waiting at this time 15 minutes and he is just now telling me, that they are out of soy milk. My reply was, you were just now telling me you were out of soy milk. He proceeded to ask if I wanted an additional milk instead of the soy milk. My reply, I’ll take a refund. As I waited for the cashier to be available, she finished the order that she was working on, skipped me, and proceeded to check out the other customer. This was my first time here, and I would not recommend...
Read moreWhat's worse than a company who prides themselves in their name, is some old grumpy lady named colleen making it even worse by stereotyping and discrimating. This store is always always short staffed and now that I am convinced that I am being discriminated against regarding trying to use a coupon, I will never visit this store or any associations. The DM Kevin called me and made a mockery of himself and the company. By telling me that the manager said I "always try to use a coupon", lol, haven't been there is over two years. Colleen yelled at me and said I couldn't use the coupon and then began to ramble on and on saying "I'm not going to take the coupon", "I'm just not", "I got an email saying don't take the coupons", without specifying any specific reason. DONT PUT OUT WHAT YOU DONT WANT THEN! I wasnt spending $5 I spent $50! She then threw my debit card at me! And when I calmly told her not to do that she just smirk! And this is the behavior the DM was embracing! Saying that that stores sales have been fantastic! Wow I guess they don't have much to compare it to. When you make a call to an upset customer don't be on the defense with discriminatory information. Anyone of ethic...
