Presotea Commerce Township — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

This place has potential which is sad because it’s been there for a while. All these comments about the employees is rich lol they’re fine! They do a good job what’s not right is the owners don’t seem to care at all, they’re CONSTANTLY OUT OF EVERYTHING and that’s not being harsh it’s the truth! Everytime I got in there they have a menu showing all the items they’re OUT of and it keeps getting LONGER AND LONGER. Last time I had two drinks that were terrible because of it (the lovely workers tried to make them with what they had but sadly they were awful) on top it it I had to buy another drink for my bf as he couldn’t even drink his is was so tart (was supposed to be the strawberry cloud) so I had to throw one drink out and pay for three not two. It sucked but wasn’t the workers fault but the owners for not caring enough! If you don’t care close the store because the one in Rochester is NEVER OUT IF ANYTHING so I’m curious what your excuse is as the owners? That lazy honestly it seems. As this has been going on for months being out of half the store. Do better or simply close it’s not right and frankly nobody wants to waste their money on something they don’t want! You guys advertise all your stuff online but it’s all lies because if you go in I won’t be able to get what I want never half the menu like I’ve said twice now is not able to be made. I love their tea but their Tapioca Boba is always hard. I have also went in a couple times and they were out of tapioca boba 🤔. A boba place out of boba? Today was one of those times, I went in at 4pm and they said if I want tapioca I had to wait like 20min for the boba to cool (? I guess it was just made). The past couple times I ended up leaving. But today I waited and the boba was still hard. Disappointment because I have been in there the past three days and today out of the three days, was the one day it was hard. I guess I should feel lucky because usually I will go in every now and then and it’s always hard. It would be great place if some of their employees knew what they were doing. All the bad reviews stem from hard boba and no change. I have been coming here for the past two three years and still hard boba. The owners own the nail salon apparently so they could make sure they have their ingredients properly made being right there. I wanted to love it, especially with how expensive it was. There are a couple things that made me rate it lower. First of all when you go in to order you order through a machine and not a person, second is when we received our tea the boba consistency was strange. Some bubbles were ok in texture and others were very hard and weird. The tea itself is very sweet so I recommend ordering a lower sugar level if you don't like really sweet drinks. The drinks that we were wanting to order (thai tea and mango) were sold out. Drinks are nearly double in price of our normal go to bubble tea place, we wanted to try something new but I'm not sure...
