Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Placed an order for delivery and when pizzas arrived they looked smushed, like they had fallen. Called store 2 mins after pizzas arrived to inform them what had happen and Sylvia answered the phone and was very rude and blamed me for how pizzas looked and for making the driver cry (i didn't notice the pizzas until after driver left). Sylvia then informed me that I needed to drive the pizzas back to the store so they could look at them (I ordered delivery for a reason because I didn't have a car at that time). Next day I called to speak to the general manager Jason since nothing was resolved with Sylvia and Jason was also extremely rude and said no refund can be given and that he would need to speak to Sylvia to get her side of the story. What happen to the customer is always right?After telling Jason that I would be writing a review they offered free pizza (which I don't want because the way I was treated who knows what they will do to my food) when all I wanted was a refund of my two pizzas. We ordered a large pizza and large salad today. I was initially hung up on before asking if I wanted to pay with card or cash. I then contacted them back when the delivery driver arrived to give my card. Although the driver seemed irritated and was not friendly I still gave him a $5 tip. The pizza was burnt and the large salad had hardly any toppings. I was very dissapointed. My 21 month old and 3.5 year old wouldn't even eat the pizza. They spit it out! Terrible experience. Very dissapointed. Not to mention they called me back in order to add more to my card because they didn't charge me right the first time....

I ordered a few pizzas and they made a mistake with one of them in a carry out. I came home and realized their mistake. I called again and they said they would refund me. I went back to the store and spoke with the owner whose manager lied to me over of the phone regarding the refund. The “owner” was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional with handling the refund and SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME “I HOPE YOU GO TO HELL!”. She should be ashamed of herself for ever speaking to a customer that way and I would not recommend this place to anyone even if they were on the verge of dying from starvation....
