I went twice before making my review, and neither experience was enjoyable. This is a new store and I understand things aren’t perfect but these visits were miserable. Trip 1. We had to walk through a group of people that were yelling and screaming with the employees (not like they were fighting, more like they knew each other and their conversations just got carried away) we order our food finally, and they are out of all the drinks, not horrible but just inconvenient. Food comes out and it was decent, but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the large number of people SCREAMING at this point and blocking the entire area in front of the register so we just took out food and left. Trip 2. We decide to keep it simple, use the app, and get ice cream. We go through the drive through and are told mobile orders can’t be taken at the drive through, which is not a problem, so I go inside to pick the order up. At first they say they can’t make it because they don’t have the ingredients needed, but then they say “we should have enough” and proceed to make the ordered item. I didn’t realize until I got home that the ingredient that they were out of, but that they had enough of, ended up not getting added at all. While waiting on the ice cream I asked why mobile orders can’t be picked up in the drive through and nobody was able...
Read moreIt's fast food. Nothing special other than it's on the tip end of prices. About the same price as a burger at a restaurant. Blizzard's ate there, as expected. But they don't turn them over anymore.
It was hard to tell they were open. There is what appears to be another entire area that is packed full of building supplies.
Lots of employees. As the manager was walking outside, he was, not quite yelling or hollering, telling the employees that if they could talk, they could clean something. Worth as many employees as I saw, that place should be spotless. Like cleaning up simmering as you spill. Then I heard two employees challenging each other to figure out coin change for a random amount.
They don't have the registers down as to how they work. Ordered a #2 and another employee reminded to ask about cheese. I added cheese. Said my total was $12.xx. Then the other employee told my cashier to make sure and add 1 piece of cheese per patty. Now my total was $14.xx. They never asked if I wanted 1 or 2 pieces of cheese.
They needed to do more training before they opened. The manager, who is not wearing a name badge, needs to do his directing of his employees our of earshot of the customers.
On the double doors going in, why is one of them locked and unable to be opened?
Will I come back?...
Read moreI went through the drive thru to get a medium vanilla Dr. Pepper, my total was 2.35. I handed the guy a $5 bill. He handed me a receipt and 65 cents. I didn't notice this until I had got across town at a car wash. I called, and it rang several times before I hung up and decided to go back up there after I washed my car. I went through the drive thru and explained what happened. I got to the window and 4 people blankly looked at me and I had to say I'm the one who got short changed. I had the receipt and told them I just needed the $2. They almost acted like I was trying to rip Dairy Queen off for 2 bucks. They got the manager and she apologized and I told her I was sorry I didn't mean to get anyone in trouble and she walked away but another employee walked up to the window to tell me next time I needed to come back faster and I explained I went across town and washed my car and came back and I guess she missed me saying earlier that I called and no one answered. I thought that was extremely rude. How bout give me all my change...
