Del Taco — Restaurant in Commerce

Sunshine is extremely rude. When I first enter the restaurant and wait for my order to be taken, I over hear her talk poorly about a customer in the drive through to another employee. She was using profanity and was by the window. I still heard her from the dining room. When she opens the window to talk to the driver, It sounded as if she was arguing with the customer. When she finally takes my order I ask a question about an item on the menu. She explains to me and I say okay I'll get that. To which she replies "Which one?" I was confused and misunderstood her and continued to repeat myself. I wasn't rude or made a tone. She gets frustrated with me and Yells out loud "WHICH ONE?! THATS WHY I TOLD YOU WHAT IT HAD? Your not making sense!" I was completely taken back and just continued to finish my order. That was completely uncalled for and embarrassing. I simply misunderstood her. I get my order and go home. When I check my order she had forgotten one of my burritos. This was a very disappointing experience. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected...

GO TO THEDEL TACO AWAY FROM THE FREEWAY.

Bathroom was closed yet the workers are allowed to use it.

Burritos and tacos perimeter were very hard and dry around the edges. Like they are super old tortillas or they have been left out for too long

I asked for extra green sauce and they proceeded to put no green sauce

They gave my elderly father attitude before I even walked in.

Manager was not wearing a uniform or name tag. girl with a dark pony tail

Just all around disappointed. Del taco is just not what it used to be it’s so sad.

They have no quality control and manager training program it seems like. Maybe I just caught them in a bad day

Really felt a bad energy and didn’t feel welcome at all. We ate out

Whatever you do don’t go to this particular del taco. Go to the one down the street.

When we got there, there was a soda on the floor and when I got in line I noticed there was a couple of kids that were just being ruckus. Apparently it was family night at Del Taco, and the kids were running amuck and throwing things and spilling things. The mom was furious trying to corral the kids. The father was overwhelmed and just kind of checked out but the staff handled it very well and what's the family left they clean up everything and we're very professional. I couldn't help but laugh which the mother noticed and made her more upset but it was hilarious. Kudos to the staff though because they handled...
