Bought an expandable 50 ft long hose as seen on tv brand LIFE TIME WARRANTY 10 months ago for $56 USD wasn't sure about my purchase until the clerk confirmed it was lifetime warranty and I inquired about the warranty process and remark was "if something happens to the hose just bring it back and we replaced just save your receipt.. Effectively the hose ripped due to normal water pressure, I went back today 06/08/24. A young lady clerck at the front cashier noticed I had something to be returned and put a 5 customer line to approach me and ask what my need or issue was .. Explained her what my need was and she wasn't helpful at all and rud as well she just told me to deal with the hose company not with them... I put ACE HARDWARE over home depot and lows because of my Father and this is what I get in return and pow wow thank you mam..You guys just lost...

This is A Great Store! Doesn't look like much from the street (careful you don't miss it!), and it's not Huge inside. But they absolutely know the right stuff to stock. This recent trip I needed 3/4" drop-in concrete anchors. Not a common item. HD didn't have it. Not even Hilti stocked them. I should've came to this Ace Hardware 1st. Not the only time this location has surprised me. Only store better for heavy duty hardware are places like McFadden & Dale's which are few & far between. The place feels a little crampt, but that's ok as long as they keep stocking the right stuff. Found some good commercial sized fuses & hard to find brass fittings there as well. You can always count on getting help with as soon as you walk in the door at this hardware store mop. .. updatre 9 10 20 . The service is still same as always good. Had a problem with some crazy roots in my yard .ask the manager what to use. He gave me bottlle of some ××××× root killer .wow i seen the price expensive i say to my self.
