i've stayed at many LA hotels, and many casinos in my life. this has got to be one of the best. i was staying here for a whole week for a business trip and didn't know what to expect. i really only chose this spot because the week night rates were HALF of what they were at the hilton, the only other hotel in the area with last minute availability. I didn't know what to expect. The rooms were very clean and up to date with many wall plugs, usb ports, and even a desk ethernet port which was great for my work load. The shower has a huge panel shower head which i love and more earthy scented shower products that weren't overwhelmingly artificial. The mirror has a light built into the frame which is cool. The pool and hot tub are small but are open til 10pm which seems pretty rare for hotels. It also seems often unoccupied in the evenings which is good if you want a private night swim. The hotel has multiple smoking areas as well as a huge selection of cigarettes tobacco and papers. Their store is open 24 hours and also has a great selection of food and beverages. I drink a lot of pre-made smoothies and they carried a wide variety of the Naked Juice brand. The diner is open decently late and has a wide variety of food including vegetarian options. pretty decent mexican inspired food, asian inspired food, and burgers. They have a 24 hour fitness center that's well stocked. The spa is a truly hidden gem. It has a sauna, steam room, and hot tub and decent admission rates. I especially recommend for men as they don't seem to have many male guests meaning you and your friends may have a hot tub or sauna all to yourself for hours. I also really have to thank all the staff everything was always clean, my food always tasted great, security was always nice to people (RARE IN LA), and the front desk people always helped me with everything i need. travel is so chaotic and this trip had so many issues for which the staff were very helpful. I booked through expedia and expedia screwed up my reservation. When i got to the hotel this was a huge issue and the front desk people helped me solve it really quick. I've had so many bad experiences with this kind of thing and these guys are great. Since i was staying for a week i constantly needed more water bottles, TP, trash bags, etc and they always helped me no matter what hour of the day (since i was working i was up at various odd hours and the service was great each time). As i was leaving they let me store my bag with them while i was waiting to depart. There's also a bus right outside the casino that connects to the LAX airport shuttle so you don't even need to uber I've paid so much money to stay at such crappy places in LA especially. This place is such a hidden gem whether you gamble or not. Highly recommend. Special thanks to all the front desk guys who helped me, Johnathan,...

I recently visited the Commerce Casino, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with an atmosphere of excitement, luxury, and top-notch service.
Gaming Experience: The Commerce Casino offers an incredible variety of gaming options. Whether you're a seasoned poker player or a fan of table games, there’s something for everyone. The poker rooms are some of the best I’ve ever seen—spacious, well-organized, and filled with action. The dealers are professional and friendly, ensuring that every game runs smoothly. I also appreciated the wide range of stakes available, catering to both casual players and high rollers.
Customer Service: The staff at Commerce Casino is truly outstanding. From the valet service to the floor managers, everyone I encountered was courteous and eager to help. The dealers were not only skilled but also personable, making the gaming experience both fun and engaging. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
Amenities: Commerce Casino goes beyond just gaming. The restaurant options are fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. I had dinner at the Arena Sports Bar & Grill, and the food was delicious—definitely a step above what you’d expect at a casino. The drink service was prompt and the staff was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed.
Atmosphere: The casino's atmosphere is electric. It’s lively without being overwhelming, and the décor is modern and stylish. Whether you’re there to play or just to soak in the ambiance, Commerce Casino offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. I also noticed that the casino takes security seriously, which made me feel safe throughout my visit.

Read moreThis was by far the most unclean and awkward stay I've ever had at any hotel or motel ever. It's pretty crazy the hotel is deemed a 4-star.
The hallways are dirty, room door badly scuffed and damaged, and door handles sticky. Even the elevator buttons and railing were sticky to the touch. 🤮
The room was disgusting. It looked and felt as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet was sticky (we had to wear socks or sandals just to walk around), the sheets had hair in them, the headboard had a strange stain and residue, and all surfaces had a strange white residue. Not to mention the carpet appeared to not been vaccuumed in who knows how long.
The bathroom was gross. The shower head was CAKED with mold and mildew, the walls and floor of the shower had hair. Glad I brought sandals on this trip, because I did not feel comfortable showering barefoot. We felt disgusting, especially after showering. The bathroom floor was also sticky.
We got this room for a deal on Hotels, so we were just going to let it slide(as we were only staying 2 nights. In town only for a concert). However, they ended up charging me $100 over my agreed price. When I inquired about the extra charge, we were told it was a $50 deposit fee for each night of our stay. I found this strange because I saw no mention of a deposit anywhere upon booking or check-in. I was aware of a $25 resort fee but nothing was made known of a deposit fee. Moreover, I find a deposit fee hilarious given the state of the rooms!
The only positive comment I would make about this hotel is that the staff is very pleasant, and the food at the diner was pretty good. This hotel has good bones and could be a beautiful place to stay if only it could be porperly cleaned and REGULARLY.
To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. We were probably better off just staying at a Motel. We would have left right away if they hadn't already charged me. If you're considering staying here, please spare yourself and spend the extra hundred dollars to stay elsewhere. We will never...
