I always love this location. They’re pretty fast, nice, and most of the time smiling. Sometimes they’re understaffed and I get it. It might take an extra minute or two. But seriously I always see stupid people complain on here about there orders or even when I go order my coffee. If you’re mad that you’re running late why even stop by for coffee?! Like for the two dumb people who commented below me. How can the baristas ‘’forget’’ to give you your panini? Your pics show you mobile ordered it. There is a mobile order hand off as soon as you entered the store. So that means you forgot part of your order at the store. If you don’t see everything together then you ask for it. And for the other one below her, if you have a few minutes to stand in drive thru or wait in the lobby you have an extra minute to go back and ask for your proper drink. Maybe you just got the wrong cup without you name on it from the handoff station. For gods sake people, these workers are human beings and should be treated as one. I stopped going to this location for some time (even though it's right near work) because of this and because they routinely don't have my mobile order ready. Today, I went to McDonald's on Washington and there was a huge line of cars so I decided to place a mobile order before I even left there. I arrived at Starbucks, hung out in my car for an additional 5 minutes or so, go inside and my order still isn't ready. I saw 6 employees working. I ask about my order and I'm told "they're checking". Several people come in, order at the counter and receive their orders before the same person comes back to me and asks my name for the 2nd time and asks what I ordered.
