WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Commerce

I went here on 8/17 a little before 6 PM. The food is good, only the salad was drowning in dressing; Now the service... Not great. First of all, my check says my server was Jennifer, she only called me to pick up my order; the one that took my order was a guy. All the time that he was taking my order he acted as if I was telling a joke. He had a smile like he was laughing at me. I was confused, I am bilingual so, many thoughts came to my mind, I mean, is he racist? Did he not like my accent? Did I have a fly on my nose? Unbelievable, that guy has a job because of us, customers, and he still doesn't understand that. He definitely needs more training. In the meantime, I'm not going back if he's still there. Worst customer service ever, plus, I had just bought the exact same thing earlier at another WaBa Grill, and it was $1 less. So, Rude and charged me a dollar more....

Went there on 9/4/14 @ 4:30 pm an order a chicken an veggie bowl, the girl that took my order told me they were out of brocoli. So i asked if she was serious? She then proceeded to tell me " if I had a problem that I could take it up with her manager". Food is good there when it's available. So I don't think I'll be eating there for awhile do too the customer service . This establishment should be careful who they hire an send there employees too customers...

I love visiting this place, I visit this 3 to 4 times a week for lunch time. The Waba Plate is amazing and with spicy Waba sauce I highly recomend it.The staff is really great big shout out to MARLEEN! She is always so kind and has really good customer services skills always making me feel welcome.
