Casa Linda Warehouse — Local services in Montebello

I don't recommend this furniture store, this warehouse, or Casa Linda furniture store located on Whittier Blvd in East Los Angeles,the furniture they sell is used merchandise, I made a mistake purchase a leather sectional , a floor lamp and a small dresser, they brought me a the leather sectional and it was so used that it had crumbs,the recliners were used to the point that the leg rest didn't have any padding at all the floor lamp,had alot of dust with all the light bulbs were burnt out, I kept on calling them, but they told everything was brand new, I asked for them to take the used furniture they brought me, they took the sectional couch only, and they still wanted me to make payments that junk, plus they have weird people going to your home asking for payments,they send 2 men to my home 9 times asking for money and a worker name Karina keep calling me 15 or more times a day, harassing me my husband and kids, my husband was home when 2 men came to my house threatening trying to fight my husband that the neighbor's called the police, the lady Karina, actually told me she better get the money for the used sectional or else she was going to send her people to my home and my work place, I told her that they had taken the sectional, she didn't know nothing about it. And now there's people outside my home following me to work,school every single day,I spoke to the cops regarding of what's going on,the officers told me get license plate number,and all the people following me are going to jail for a long time,plus the workers involved in this case, the cops are working with me and they even got me a body camera and a camera for my vehicle, they got some of the people acting like cops,and they will get names of who asked for them to chase me and my family...

What can I say about the service, the man helping us in the store did his part. No complain there. My complaint is in the delivery. They should give the clients a time frame just like any other company does on more or less when to expect the delivery so you can plan accordingly. But no I'm here all day waiting for my delivery and not being able to go anywhere incase they show up. I'm really disappointed and the time...

Good customer service, several personnel has helped me out with any questions! But to be honest every time I need any questions answered I always ask for Alejandra. She is fantastic help and always goes above and beyond to help me out. I’m very happy with the furniture as well. If you ever need to call anyone for any questions ask for her...
