My first time visiting I got a large esqites and ice cream. The ice cream flavor was amazing. I had eggnog with raisin and strawberry cheesecake. Unfortunately my esqites had a hair in it a few bites in so I threw it out. I did go back for ice cream a few days later and I mentioned the hair from last time and I was ignored. I even messaged them on fb and still no reply. Maybe there was a language barrier which is fine but my issue should have ben handled. Only thing I will get going forward...

Have I mentioned lately just how welcoming and FRIENDLY the staff and customers are here! If you're stressed, just stop by here for ice cream or milkshake and good company! I love when I get to come here. Picked up an order Christmas Day the owner gave me a free strawberry treat!!! Wow so sweet so thoughtful and so delicious!!! I can taste the real bits of strawberry pieces inside the ice cream delight! Now I go back every week and grab me a strawberry delight Or at least that's what...

We have been here an embarrassing amount of times. This is the first real place in Commerce that has made us feel welcome, and it's like a second home. We bring our twins in whenever we need a pick me up. The ice cream is great but the real reason that we come is for the people that work here! They're so friendly and treat you...
