Hardee’s — Restaurant in Commerce

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place is absolutely disgusting. Not talking about the food I’m talking about the cleanliness of the store. The employees are always rude. The bathrooms are always nasty. They always take 20-30 min to even notice your standing at the counter to order! This place just needs new management! We paid 20$ for a biscuit and gravy and chicken biscuit meal. That is wayyy over priced especially considering Bojangles has better food and it’s cheaper! The bathroom was so nasty I couldn’t even use it, one stall had the toilet covered in pee and had poop all over the inside of the bowl, and the other stall was taken by an employee playing on her phone. The cashier was rude when I said “20$ for 2 meals???” Then I asked for a bag because we weren’t planning on eating there and he gave me the smallest bag he could find and took off to the drive thru so I couldn’t ask for anything else! Mind you I got a biscuit and gravy and the foam plates they give wouldn’t fit! This place is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be shut down or better management. I really hope corporate sees this so that they can fix the issue. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem here, but I didn’t wanna go all the way to banks crossing. Ordered 2 wraps (chicken, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and sauce) and a large strawberry lemonade. Recieved a tiny cup of straw/lemon. Asked for the large and was told "It don't come in large". I told them that they should have told me that to give me the opportunity to change what I ordered. I changed it to a large water. I then drove off with my 2 wraps as I was trying to get to an appointment. When I open the bag the wraps were literally an inch wide. I opened the first one up to find a very skinny piece of chicken laying on a thick slice of cheese and the sauce only. The 2nd one was the same. I ate them both as I was hungry, but all I could taste was the thick cheese slice! I came back to that Hardees on my way home, and brought in pictures of what I had been given. Went in to order and first thing is it's literally 90 degrees in there. They said their AC was down. The cook in the back had a fan blowing on him with his long blonde hair flying everywhere loosely. Needless to say not pulled up or hair net... I didnt find hair, I def looked! The lobby was disgusting. Drink area had no less than a dozen dead flies on counters and in drain. Their roof was leaking into the lobby from somewhere... the building itself is really going to poo. The only things I can say was Ms. Tammy was trying but stressed out and the young girl at the first register was amazing. Very polite, had a smile, everything about her in particular said well groomed esp working around food that's a plus, a little shy but in all she had good customer service. She made the trip to this yucky place not seem so bad. Their working environment...
