Subway — Restaurant in Commerce

I wish I could give zero stars!!! This makes 6 times that we tried this store. Terrible, pathetic, horrible, these words don't even crack the surface of this store. This FINAL time, 08/04/21, the lady that picked up our doordash order for us, even told the worker how pathetic she was. To start with, she called us because they were "out of bread" at 9pm.our doordash driver informed us that she physically witnessed her throw all the bread away. We had no choice but to eat our subs on flatbread. My wife ordered chocolate chip cookies also. Our doordashed informed us that as the employee called us to tell us they were out of cookies, she was looking at them sitting in the display on the counter. Our dasher had to call doordash to complain, because the subway employee looked at our order, then began to clean the counters, sweep the floor, etc... Everything she could do in order to leave the store early. Definitely did not worry about our food. Food finally arrived, completely inedible. Flatbread we got stuck with, so soggy, you can't hold it. Meat and toppings are soggy and room temperature. This is 6 times now, that our food has either been sent back or thrown away. We have only eaten here, 6 times!!! Whoever the store manager is, seriously needs to reconsider their staff. This is absolutely pathetic, and inedible. They don't care, and don't do their jobs at all. It's shameful this store is still open. We are done!! Never again!!! I would rather eat a cold, plain, bologna sandwich than ever...

So i went into subway and there was an older women who took my order after standing there for ten minutes while she counted change or whatever for the other young man who she let go home then she got mad cause I order the three for $17 then she made my sandwiches and one of them was chicken bacon ranch and she went to ring me up for the three sandwiches and she said she forgot my bacon so then She gave me raw bacon in a cup and I said I wanted her to cook it and she got upset and started yelling at me telling me I should of told her earlier when she got it out and put the cooked bacon in the cup where the raw bacon was😣 and the whole time she was taking my order she was complaining how she hated her job and that’s why she quit and she shouldn’t of let the young man go home so then she calls the manager in the middle of ringing me up and starts complaining some more about how she was so stressed and has no help like I get that jobs can be stressful but as a customer it isn’t our fault whatsoever. Worst experience ever Also! She threw my sandwich together didn’t...

Havnt been to this location in a while. Stopped in tonight, and I’m sitting in the parking spot outside writing this because I’m that disgusted. I went in and tried to order two sandwiches. She rudely told me they didn’t have white bread, so I changed it to one one sandwich with a different bread. Upon arching get assemble my sandwich, I look into ya bread case, that has quite the number of NATS flying around all over the bread. I get the girls attention and tell her “I’m not trying to be rude but you don’t have to finish that sandwich. I won’t be getting it because there are nats all in this case, and that’s a serious health violation.” She just stared at me and said “okay” with an attitude. Then they continued to serve all of the other guests. I don’t even see how someone would hire employees with that kind of mind set and work ethic to not even care, and then show an attitude toward me for pointing it out.
