Yoshinoya Commerce — Restaurant in Commerce

Considering that the PRICE of everything has skyrocketed makes it very insulting when you part ways with your hard earned money and not get what you deserve nor payed for. Negligence is the same across the board USUALLY but why does it seem that there is a complete difference in Day and Evening service. The Evening crew at this Yoshinoya is awful quality check is not a factor there. Working nights I stop and grab lunch I rely on desirable food from my preferred choice. The combo bowl had literally a few shreds of beef and an extremely large amount of onions. I opened it up at my lunch time and was soooooo disappointed, Mad instantly. I received a chicken and onion combo. Considering I had already been displeased with this location prior makes it quite clear it's a consistent issue with the Evening crew. The prior visit the beef was dry like it had been cooked that morning but not actually served till night. It had no moisture just ridiculously dry. I had asked for them to put more of the broth from the meat on my rice and his response was "oh he can't because he took it out already " whatever the He!! that meant. When I went in there was a line in the lobby of 3 customers. The drive thru had a line as well. I waited there like 10 min and no one was helping us inside the lobby. The other customers were very upset as well. I asked why no one was helping us and the cook ignored me. I had to yell to get someone's attention when the guy taking orders at the drive thru just told me very casually that he was by himself and he need to help the drive thru first. I suggested to take 1 order from the drive thru then one in the lobby and so forth but everyone just ignored me once more. I yelled once more to get someone's attention and asked if they really not going to take anyone's order (inside the lobby) and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and kept helping the drive thru. I’d like to start off by stating that I really am not one to go complian, ever, but I am severely disappointed with my experience here today. As a former fast food employee I can be the first to understand the struggle, so I make sure to be polite and always say my please and Thank you’s. The drive thru employee was beyond miserable being at work, from the minute I heard his voice over the intercoms I knew it wasn’t going to a good experience. No greeting not one smile , not once offered me any sauces, when I requested the soy sauce and chili the annoyance was splattered all over his face. Moving on to the food portioning never in my 28 years of life have I been skimped by a Yoshinoya the way this location just did. The amount of rice is ridiculous and for this being a bowl where you can get both proteins.. I got 4 pieces of chicken. Definetly won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone else that...
