So we got there at 6 pm, whole little strip of restaurants were packed out with waiting lists. We were basically ignored for about 10 minutes when we first walked in and had to help ourselves to menus and a table. The owner waiting tables just looked like he was mad we walked in and it was busy. We were told itll be 45 minutes to get our food/appetizer whatever. So ok we waited for about 30 minutes to get an appetizer, well while waiting a good 10 minutes another table set beside us and ordered an appetizer and got it before us within 15 minutes. So we waited a good 30 minutes to get our appetizer. Then another 20 minutes or so passed and they got their food 😡😡😡😡😡 well they eat and its now been a good hour for us and we have only had an appetizer and theyre about to finish in about 70 minutes since sitting down and we were getting our food as they were leaving. So basically he helped a regular customer instead of helping a new customer.

Food was top notch but owner was mad we even walked in the door it seemed. I asked him why did they get served first when they showed up after us. His response (with air typing on his fake keyboard) they ordered ahead of arriving. We saw and heard him take their order right beside us. Well to say the least thats the first and only time we will be spending our money there. Our ticket was $57.77 and that was his exact amount, not one red cent as a tip.

I’ll start by saying the Thai food is delicious. My family and I have continued to come back regardless of what we disliked because it’s the closest food Thai food and it IS delicious. I hate to not leave a five star review because of how delicious it is. I hate to leave a negative review at all but there has consistently been issues every time I’ve been. The wait is ridiculous, and it’s ridiculous no matter if it’s busy or not. The first time I ate here with my family it was fast and the portions were large. My husband who never has leftovers had a take home meal. It was a little two spicy but we all enjoy that about Thai food. Every time we have been since that first time the wait has been over an hour and the portions are less than one meal now. I rarely finish my plate when we eat out, and I’m leaving hungry from how small the portions are. The owners are sweet people who make delicious food. I wish someone would help them with portions and efficiency in the kitchen then I’d be here a few times a month. If you’re okay with small portions and very long waits regardless of how busy the establishment is you will be very happy. If you have hungry people or children in your party you’ve...

Very disappointing price portion Ratio. Service was bad. Lack of wait staff and owner took forever to bring us our food. never again! Went for dinner last night to celebrate my birthday, and was very far from impressed. We had to push our own tables together and prepare our own place to eat at 6pm. The food took FOREVER. The owner Wasn’t warm and welcoming. He is such a terrible waiter, incapable of remembering drinks or much else. The fact that they only have one chef makes having a even a party of 4 pretty impossible. 2 different Parties that came in after the Us got their appetizers and main entrees while we were still waiting. Our food did not arrive til 745pm. Portions were small for the pineapple fried rice combo we ordered. 15$. There’s more rice than ever— 3 pieces of shrimp & dash of vegetables. Last year we ordered coconut soup $8. it was a very small bowl and wasn’t enough to share ...These two trips were disappointing...can’t recommend this place based on these bad experiences
