Went here on a Friday afternoon. The place was about half full of patrons. We had a party of 6 (2 kids, 4 adults). We were here 1.5 hours. It took 1 hour to get 3 pizzas and a kids spaghetti and meatballs. Other tables had already arrived, eaten and gone by the time we got our pizza. We also waited 15 min for 3 beers. It seems that the problem was our server since those other tables seemed to be served and gone. On top of al this, we got the three pizzas but had to wait another 10 min for the kid’s spaghetti. For a 4 year old this was an eternity after waiting 1 hour already.

As for the food, it was mediocre. We got a thin crust pepperoni, Chicago style meat lovers, and thin crust supreme. They all had the same crust, so if you’re expecting a crust conducive to deep dish you are going to be disappointed. The only good thing about the pizza was that they do not skip on the toppings. They’re pizza is actually toppings with a hint of crust. One thing to note, we had olives and mushrooms added to a pizza. The olives and mushrooms were uncut (not sure if this was intentional or was just lazy). The mushrooms are also canned, so if that’s not your thing stay away from them.

Won’t be back and don’t recommend wasting hours...

Would give zero stars if possible. My family, who are frequent visitors to this location, was dining here on Wednesday night. A regular bar patron came to their table and began eating food off their table, saying her friends had dared her to do it. The staff did nothing to intervene and when the waitress finally did come over, she said, “oh, that’s Missy, she’s here drunk every day.”

No apology, no stopping serving drinks to an obviously trashed woman. The waitress then came back to my family’s table with their check, effectively kicking them out. What the actual hell? Surprise - my family wore masks on their way to their table and it was very apparent that the staff and other guests were anti-mask.

This is a horrible example of incredibly bad ownership, management, staff training, and just garbage guests all around. I’m assuming their location in Hernando is no better.

Bonus! There were three mice on the dining floor. Sounds like a great place to go if you like rodents, being accosted by other guests, and bad management with terrible staff. 0/10, would...

I gave them 1 star only because 0 is not an option. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. We had to hunt down a waitress just to take our order. Then we sat there for an hour and a half waiting on our food while the waitress continuously told us it was coming. Then we asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to come to the table and say "what do you want me to do? I can take it away." So I told her to take it. Then the manager comes to the table telling us we could have left any time we got ready, but since we didn't we were going to pay for the food. Of course we got up and walked out. She followed us outside and walked behind the vehicle saying she was calling the police. Then once the police arrived she continued to be rude and completely disrespectful. She told us to get out, she didn't want to look at us or talk to us. Never in my life has anyone in a restaurant talked to me this way. This woman shouldn't even have a job dealing with people in any capacity. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a...

Easy to get into, lots of choices for menu options. Definitely a local hang out, but pretty busy and when it’s busy it can get loud in the dining room. Too much salad dressing on the salad, burger was under cooked, but the food was edible. Great service, decent prices. We had a burger, and the fettuccine Alfredo. We will be back! Next time we will get dressing on the side and ask for our burger more cooked. And def I will get chicken on my fettuccine!

My husband & I dined here and he was thoroughly pleased since he’s a Chicago native. The menu items and decor pay homage to famous Chicago landmarks and residents. I ordered a deep dish sausage pizza and thought it was ok. The crust was kinda crumbly. My husband loved the Italian beef so much that he ordered one to-go. I loved the Giardiniera peppers and sprinkled some on my pizza.
