Don't let the graffiti scare or keep you away. The graffiti was back 9-25-23 but the food is still delish! Still, excellent chile verde pork burritos, they're my favorites since the mid 80s. After not going for about 10 years, I started going back in 2017. Now 2022 I go here once a month, and the burritos are always excellent, very tasty and delicious. I heard the red chile burritos are not as tasty, but they will give you a sample to taste. I'm a creature of habit, I will always have the same favorite burrito. The carnitas, cueritos, buches are simply delicious in a taco. Everything is made daily, you can taste it, especially in the beans. Some places the beans are bad, either they're old or stored wrong & go bad, but not here. The pickled carrots are delicious too, crunchy...

This is my go to spot whenever I am in the area. I always get a carnitas (mixto) burrito which is: mazisa, cuerito and buche. It is amazing!!! My wife loves the chile relleno burrito, especially because they clean it out completely (remove all of the seeds) prior to stuffing it. There's nothing fancy about this place or the surrounding area but with the flavor levels being off of the charts it's worth a try if you're in the mood for carnitas. They also have other guisados like: chile Verde, chile colorado, costillas con chile verde just to name a few. This is truly a Mexican Soul food spot and they have Mexican sodas. Best burritos around this place..they have all these Mexican type of guisados which are so delicious! I love their chicken fajitas and their tripas enchile. The food is always fresh and so tasty..it is a hole in the wall place and you can't really tell it's a restaurant from the outside but yes it's a pretty good place..they also have different variety of Mexican dishes.
