Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Concord

It’s officially open and this is the restaurant’s second review! Came here on opening day (October 30, 2025). Chick-fil-A never disappoints and is always a five star experience. I stopped by with my 10 year old daughter, and we were both impressed by how smoothly everything ran. The food was your typical fresh and delicious fried chicken offerings and waffle fries, and the team handled opening day rush with ease.

Everyone was polite, efficient, and I even got the signature “my pleasure” when I ordered, which is always a nice touch. As a former Chick-fil-A employee from the late 1990s in Atlanta, it’s great to see that the same culture of service and excellence is still going strong. The staff at the Tesson Ferry restaurant were so kind to me this past Wednesday. I became ill and disoriented while driving and got lost in South County. I stopped in and the young woman at the cash register got me a cold drink right away and offered help with anything I needed.
