Found a reddish brown hair in our food so I called to bring it back for a different sandwich. It was definitely not any of our hair and was folded inside of the turkey on the sandwich while cooking. Instead of them remaking the same size sandwich I had they decided to just give me a small, which I think was completely inconsiderate considering I had to waste MY time coming back because their employees don’t have to wear a hair mask. Read moreThe food was a step up above any other chain sandwich shop just like it always is with firehouse!! But the employees at this one made it a fantastic experience all the way around. The girl that took our order was new and being trained. She was very invested in making sure our order was correct. The lady that was training her was the best part of the visit and was refreshing to witness compared to other places I have been. You could tell she was really good at her job and actually enjoyed doing it. She took her time and explained everything to her employee without talking down to her or being condescending. I will drive out of the way if need be to come to this specific location in the future if needed without a doubt im sure anyone else is going to have the same experience...
