Crazy Bowls & Wraps — Restaurant in Concord

The cashier was new and she was very friendly and welcoming. She's awesome, give her a raise. After I ordered my food I notice that while all the employees appear to be wearing masks there was an older woman behind the counter with no mask. I was wearing a mask, just ordered my food to go. Then later I see this same woman is handling food with no mask or gloves! It was my food! It really made me not want my food but I'm not one to waste food or complain to have my food remade. It really made me want to though. Please make your employees wear masks and gloves while handling food.

I had to edit my review to add that we went back 2 days ago. I did notice that all employees were wearing masks, but I believe a mask wearing class is in order because noses were not covered and the same woman who had no mask last time was wearing hers below her chin and talking over the prepared food in the window to the cook in back. She was also wearing one single glove. I just feel like she didn't care about food contamination at all. This time the food was not as good. I ordered salmon in my wrap but it looked white like chicken but was actually salmon. I got ill after eating it. Very disappointed. Probably will not...

I placed an order online, clicked curb side pick up. when i get to the store the lady on the phone tells me they didnt receive an order. meanwhile the lady puts me on hold(She did not press mute, i can hear them bickering in the background). Then, another rude lady comes out and says I didn't click for the curbside pick up. ok, for one the lady i talked to on the phone should have checked ALL of the orders.. not just curbside. for 2. The lady who came out with my food didn't have to act all hostile like it was my fault. will not be back and i will definitely tell my friends not to patronize this joint too. a lot of my friends work across the st at the hospital so what a shame! If the lady(im assuming manager) who handed me my food was nicer, i wouldn't be writing this review! She came out with an attitude that was uncalled for! oh, and not to mention my husband got the grilled teriyaki chicken wrap.... a side of the wrap had ONE piece of chicken in it... that side also had a lot of hard, not chewable veggies! I expected more out of this restaurant bc it is very expensive for...

I recently visited Crazy Bowls and Wraps and had an amazing experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Carrie and Manager Farkon. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was spectacular.

Carrie was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to walk me through the menu and make recommendations based on my preferences. She also went out of her way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, ensuring that my meal was both delicious and safe for me to eat.

Manager Farkon was equally impressive, going the extra mile to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that each customer was happy and satisfied. She was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in her work.

Overall, I can't recommend Crazy Bowls and Wraps enough, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Carrie and Manager Farkon. They truly made my visit a memorable one, and I can't wait to go back and enjoy their delicious food and exceptional customer...
