Was excited to try the limited Tres Leches Cake and was very disappointed of not only the cake but the service as well. I drove 20+ minutes for me not to have the experience I was hoping for. The first cake that I purchased earlier today for myself was what I expected it to be especially since I had heard great responses about the cake. It was so good I raved about the cake so much before leaving the parking lot I walked back into the store to purchase a 4-pack for my family to experience what I had just experienced. I made it home to my family for them to taste the cake, and to my surprise they taste the cake and said that it was super dry and not tasteful at all. We proceeded to cut into the other cakes to find that they were all dry and not soaked in Tres Leches sauce as described on the website. I called this location and voiced my concern about the quality that was provided to me and was presented with a tone of annoyance by the manager to come back and replace the cakes. I arrived at this location this evening and spoke with the manager Rachel whom also seemed to be very dismissive when I explained to her the situation that had occurred. I even brought the cakes back, to back up my concerns about the poor quality of the cakes. Rachel spoke aggressively while turning to walk away “ I don’t need to see that”. Rachel nor the first manager I spoke with over the phone never apologized about my inconvenience of this situation. Moving forward I will never patronize this location again and hope that this constructive criticism be...
Read moreFirst visit and we got the mixed dozen. Cost was $38 after tax and tip. I only had the peanut butter topped with chocolate (ganache?) but let me just say, it was possibly the best cookie I've ever tasted. The peanut butter flavor was there obviously but the chocolate is what made this cookie. Just enough not to overtake the peanut flavor. My wife had the Pecan pie which she said was good. Portion size is good and at about $3/cookie I thought it was a good value since you're essentially getting a gourmet cookie. The rest of our dozen will be shared with our trivia team tonight so there will be some positive word of mouth. Service and staff seemed to be happy doing their jobs. I was amazed by the number of workers actively making cookies in the kitchen. Very friendly! I will definitely be back as cookies are one of my vices. Only saving grace is that their location at Tesson Ferry Rd, is a bit farther than down the street from me.😁 Oh, dont forget the milk...and they also have...
Read moreOrdered cookies from this location Friday night 10/24. I sent my husband in to grab them, we opened the box and the banana bread cookie looked subpar and nothing like the reference cookie in the store. It was small, domed and had like an half dollar size of icing in the middle. Usually whenever we order Crumbl, the employee will show us the cookies to make sure we are happy with them before they hand them over— they did not do this during this visit. We also ordered a Twix cookie from the same location a few months ago and same exact story- the cookie looked like crap and they didn’t show us the cookies before handing them to us- I didn’t open the box until I got home so I made sure to look before we left this time. I went back inside and was able to exchange the cookie for a better one and the employee was super nice about it. But I will probably not go to this location anymore since there seems to be a problem quality...
